202 nd anniversary of independence of Peru. Many international guests<br />
joined the Ambassador for the celebration of this special day on which<br />
202 years ago, General José de San Martín, known as Peru’s liberator,<br />

To celebrate the 30 th National Day of Slovakia, the Embassy of Slovakia<br />
with Ambassador H.E. Jozef Polakovic and his spouse and the Permanent<br />
Representation of Slovakia to the OSCE, UN and other International<br />
Organizations invited to a reception at the Ambassador’s residence (Villa<br />
Trebitsch). 2023 also marks the 30 th anniversary of bilateral relations<br />
between Slovakia and Austria, which was celebrated earlier in summer<br />
with a street festival on Karlsplatz square.<br />
