For more than 25 years we have been providing our carefully and responsibly selected high-quality<br />

services, and we would like to thank you for your business. You can rest assured that you are what we<br />

value the most.<br />

We are happy to see that you appreciate the renowned Liebherr, Wacker Neuson and Finlay selected<br />

products we offer across Baltics, and we will continue working to improve our service range in order to offer<br />

you an even better customer experience and service quality.<br />

Our aim is to provide the best and most efficient one-stop, on-site services possible. All of Alfis service<br />

technicians are highly qualified, have regular training at the facilities of our represented manufacturer<br />

brands, and have all the necessary tools and equipment.<br />

We continue offering our customers:<br />

• Diagnostics, maintenance and repair with mobile service options from our local service offices in<br />

Riga and Rezekne equipped with specialised service stations that comply with manufacturers’<br />

standards;<br />

• 24/7 maintenance services and technical support, including on-site services and telephone support;<br />

• Use of original spares (including warranty), lubricants and technical fluids to preserve the value of<br />

your equipment;<br />

• Long-term contracts with flexible payment conditions, which is an important part of technical<br />

support;<br />

• Full service contract packages.<br />
