Turks & Caicos real estate market rises to the top.

I am old enough to remember getting milk delivered to the house in glass bottles, placed in a
metal box to stay cold. It was rich, whole milk and there was often a layer of cream at the neck of
the bottle. It inspired the phrase “Cream rises to the top,” which insinuates that something special
or especially good is often successful.
The real estate market in the Turks & Caicos Islands is just that. Rising to another record-breaking
