There were five wines made by Michel Baucé in this offering. Each shows a different face, but all have similar notes of tough, stringy
tannin and it does take a while for that toughness to work its way out. Leave the Michel Baucé wines for another year. Recently tasted,
all five wines were losing their harsh first taste impressions.

Wine Review 2010
Initially appears rather dry, but then fruit piles onto the palate
along with fruity acidity. Good wine. Will last, change and
develop more personality.
Not easy to find much fruit. It is clean enough and drinks quite
well, but there is little to remember.
Supple, good level of easily accessed fruit. Soft entry, tannic in
the middle, ends with long spicy notes.
