4554 Côteaux du Layon, AOC, 2007 8 8 Flore and Emmanuel Rialland make simply delicious wines.<br />
Domaine du Pont de Livier, This one can be kept, but it is stunning and easy now.<br />
4555 Caracter de l’Ansée, 2006 10 10 Very attractive blend, the interest of Chardonnay with the<br />
Sauvignon-Chardonnay attack of the Sauvignon acidity.<br />
4556 Pouilly-Fumé, AOC, 2007 8 9 This has developed well, but as far as it should, within<br />
Domaine Mollet-Maudry the bottle. It is now time to release it into a glass. Drink in<br />
<strong>2010</strong>.<br />
4557 Sancerre Blanc, Domaine Mollet-Maudry 2007 8 9 Still delightful, but it is not going any further. Enjoy its youthful<br />
energy.<br />
4558 Rosé d’Anjou, AOC, 2007 10 10 Another lovely wine from the Riallands, but like others,<br />
Domaine du Pont de Livier it is best enjoyed when young.<br />
4559 Touraine Friandise, Gamay, AOC 2007 9 10 Perfect. Take all of the fresh tasting fruit and grab it while you<br />
can.<br />
4560 Touraine Emotion, Cabernet-Côt, AOC 2007 8 8 Ready now. No need to hurry, but finish it before 2012.<br />
4561 Sancerre Rouge, 2006 8 8 It takes a while to develop, and will never be other than subtle<br />
Domaine Mollet-Maudry and well rounded.<br />
4564 Cuvée Lagarde, 2007 10 10 Terrific value. Intended to be opened within 24 months of<br />
Vin de Pays du Comté Tolosan the vintage.<br />
4565 Les Argelières, Chardonnay, 2007 10 10 Easy. Everything is in place and ready.<br />
Vin de Pays d’Oc<br />
4566 Cuvée Lagarde, Vin de Pays de l’Hérault, 2007 9 10 Utterly ready and will diminish in performance during this year.<br />
4567 Le Rouge de l’Azerolle, AOC Minervois 2007 8 9 An appellation that produces much better wines than expected<br />
from the price. Grainy, rather stringy tannins, but plenty of<br />
easy ripe fruit.<br />
4568 La Campagne, Merlot, Vin de Pays d’Oc 2007 10 10 Don’t wait, it is fine now.<br />
4569 La Campagne, Cabernet Sauvignon, 2007 10 10 Green and stalky. Not much fruit. Clean enough, but little<br />
Vin de Pays d’Oc of interest.<br />
4570 Domaine Mondié, Merlot-Syrah, 2007 10 10 Enjoyable. Easy, soft, fine spiced notes at the entry to the<br />
Vin de Pays d’Oc palate.<br />
4571 Château la Selette, AOC Minervois 2007 8 8 Big. Sturdy. Good structure.<br />
4572 Les Argelières, Syrah, Vin de Pays d’Oc 2007 8 9 Perfect for enjoyment this year and through 2011.<br />
4573 Domaine Castan, Les Terres Rouges 2007 8 8 Surprisingly reticent. Good fruit, but still rather shut in the<br />
unfinished tannins.<br />
4574 Château Salitis, Cuvée Premium, 2006 7 8 This property is capable of producing great wine. This<br />
AOC Cabardès wine continues the tradition. It is quite soft and approachable<br />
with chewy tannins.<br />
4575 Château La Clotte-Fontane, 2007 7 7 Slowly softening, maturity is still a while away.<br />
