Note:<br />
Untied and unlabelled bags will result in a<br />
failed audit. Never let the Collection Officer<br />
help to get your post ready.<br />
Always label every sealed bag with the<br />
correct label, even if the Collection Officer has<br />
given you Red X labels to attach. These do<br />
not replace the bag labels.<br />
When 3/4 full (max 11kgs weight)<br />
attach the appropriate mail bag<br />
label and tie round the neck.<br />
(NEVER through the D hooks).<br />
BAGS ARE NOW READY FOR<br />
COLLECTION.<br />
