It wasn’t easy to find something that describes best what is so special about EXCD.<br />
Why? Because you cannot see what makes it so special. But you can feel it. So we sat<br />
down together and tried to find something you know that has the same properties as<br />
this new workwear fabric. And the answer is: Light. Because light is power, it protects<br />
us and it knows no limits. Just like EXCD.<br />

Our product development is always creating new<br />
collections adapted to our customers demand. To<br />
ensure that each item keeps its promises we pay<br />
special attention to optimized fabrics and cuts.<br />
The EXCD collection is extremely rugged and<br />
flexible making use of the latest VORTEX® Spinning<br />
Technology:<br />
VORTEX® yarn is less hairy and has a better resistance<br />
to pilling and abrasion. It allows a long lasting fabric<br />
performance through a greater number of washing<br />
cycles, an optimal colour fastness and it is less prone<br />
to shrink. VORTEX® yarn provides a better moisture<br />
absorption and quick dry properties.<br />
Our EXCD collection is made of cotton rich<br />
composition which is 60 % cotton and 40 % polyester,<br />
selected for a perfect mix of wearing comfort and<br />
functionality. The garments are washable at 60°,<br />
dryer-proof and tested according to ISO 15797<br />
industrial washing and finishing procedures.<br />
The professional EXCD workwear collection includes:<br />
men and women short and longsleeve T-shirts, polos,<br />
sweatshirts and sweat-jackets in sizes XS–5 XL in up<br />
to 15 colours.<br />

In the VORTEX® Spinning Technology, the ends of each fibers are spun with help of<br />
flow of compressed air. Similar like a whirl, the air draws the fibers together to the<br />
yarn center.<br />
Each fiber is insured with the inner yarn and generates a stable yarn with less<br />
hairiness. The yarn is extremely durable and long-lasting. The VORTEX® yarn from<br />
cotton-polyester has resistance to abrasion and pilling. Low shrinkage and optimal<br />
colour fastness optimizes our EXCD Premium collection.<br />
