LIFELONG IMPACT & VALUE
THREE CAMPUSES, ONE UNIVERSITY SYSTEM
With campuses in Denton, Dallas and Houston, TWU has grown
its mission of serving a diverse range of populations over the last
122 years. In addition to its distinctive position as the nation’s only
university system with a woman-focused mission, US News &
World Report ranks the TWU student body, of which more than
half are first-generation college students, as tied for #1 in Texas
and #5 in the nation for racial and ethnic diversity. A rich array
of programming — such as TWU’s Center for Belonging and
First-Generation Students and our Frontiers Program for students
formerly in foster care — is a big part of what makes Texas Woman’s
such an incredible institution for students from all walks of life.
TWU is known for its long-standing history of contributions and
leadership across all disciplines and for breaking down barriers in a
variety of career fields. TWU continues to boldly pursue its purpose:
educate a woman, empower the world.
The Chancellor’s Circle Fund is designed to contribute to university
initiatives and provide crucial support for emergency scholarships,
junior faculty research support, academic program enhancement
and so much more. Support from the Chancellor’s Circle contributes
to the overall educational experience at TWU — one that provides
lifelong impact and value.

THE CAMPAIGN FOR TEXAS WOMAN’S UNIVERSITY
OPEN DOORS | FUEL INNOVATION | CULTIVATE GRIT
From the beginning, TWU has blazed its own trail. The original
board of regents included three women, marking the first-time
women were appointed to leadership positions on a state-wide
governing board in Texas. Today, advancing women’s leadership
is hard-wired into everything we do.
Our incredible community of alumni, students, faculty and
staff, past and present, has helped shape the legacy of Texas
Woman’s University. Their stories and commitment provide
the “why” for another historic milestone — the launch of TWU’s
first comprehensive campaign.
DREAM BIG — The Campaign for Texas Woman’s University — is
an ambitious effort to raise $125 million by 2026 when TWU will
celebrate 125 years. The campaign provides pathways for alumni
and friends to open doors, fuel innovation and cultivate grit for
the next century and beyond. Chancellor’s Circle members play
a vital role in helping the university achieve this monumental goal.
As leadership donors, the Chancellor’s Circle sets the pace for all
philanthropic gifts.
