First, we just wanted to say thank you, we’re
delighted to have you join us at Kingston Park –
the home of rugby union in the North East.
To make life a little easier for you, we’re created
this first-time fan guide full of useful information
and details that will help you make the most of
your visit.
We look forward to welcoming you and hope you
enjoy the game!

2. your tickets
If you’ve found yourself reading this document you have
probably already booked tickets for a Falcons fixture but if
not here’s some guidance to help you book your spot at our
upcoming games!
ONLINE
The easiest and quickest way to purchase your ticket is through
our eticketing portal –
www.eticketing.co.uk/newcastle-falcons.
You will be able to find all our fixtures that are currently on sale
listed here. From here you will be able to select where you’d like
to be in the stadium by clicking one of our standing terraces
or seating decks. We also have the option for you to see the
view from your selected seat prior to purchasing via our virtual
venue.
Next select your price class, usually this is adult or under 18,
however from time to time we will have special offers available
including our group pricing class. Please note to access special
pricing classes you will need to be logged into a Ticketmaster
account.
Follow the purchasing prompts through to checkout to confirm
your place at Kingston Park!
BY PHONE
IIf you’d prefer to speak to our team and purchase over the phone or if
you are having any difficulty purchasing online, you can call our ticket
office on 0191 214 5588 and once dialled, select option 1.
ADD TO WALLET OR PRINT AT HOME
Once you have purchased your ticket, either online or over the
phone, your tickets will be sent to your email – please allow up
to an hour for these to arrive. These can either be printed or
added to your phone wallet.
Either are acceptable for Kingston Park match days.
IN PERSON
There is also the option to purchase in person through our club
shop and ticket office (///woke.loved.deaf).

On non-matchdays the ticket office opening hours are as
follows:
• Monday: 12:00pm - 5:00pm.
• Tuesday: CLOSED.
• Wednesday: 12:00pm - 5:00pm.
• Thursday: 12:00pm - 5:00pm.
• Friday: 12:00pm - 5:00pm.
• Saturday: 10:00am – 4:00pm.
• Sunday: CLOSED.
On match-days the ticket office opening hours are as follows:
• Friday: 09:00am - 30 minutes after final whistle
• Saturday: 09:00am - 30 minutes after final whistle

At Kingston Park there are five options to enjoy
top-flight rugby union.
EAST STAND & EAST STAND TERRACES
ENTRY POINT:

The East Stand offers a small area of covered seating directly
behind the team dugouts as well as uncovered terracing to
either side.
It is also home to the club’s Tap & Tackle and 1877 bar. Offering
a great view of the pitch, the bars also serve hot drinks as well
as your favourite snacks and provide a several toilet facilities
for supporters. The East Stand is also home to the club shop
and ticket office.
WEST STAND
ENTRY POINTS:

The largest of the four stands is the West Stand which is an
all-seated structure and houses the club’s hospitality suites,
conference rooms, press gantry and several food and drink
outlets.
Throughout the stand there are several toilet facilities as well –
on the concourse they are located at either end.
SOUTH STAND
ENTRY POINTS:

Situated directly behind the posts on the Southern end of the
ground is the popular South Stand. A large, covered terrace
for standing only, the stand is well-known for providing the
atmosphere on most Falcons’ match days.
At either end of the stand, there are toilet facilities for
supporters.
NORTH STAND
ENTRY POINTS:

An uncovered terrace for standing only. There are no direct
facilities to the North Stand and supporters wishing for access
to food, drink and toilet facilities are advised to either visit the
West or East Stand. Or our fan village located in the north west
corner of the stadium.
4. getting to the
game

We are only five miles from Newcastle city centre, three miles
from Newcastle International Airport, two minutes’ drive from
the A1 and a five-minute walk from Kingston Park and Bank Foot
Metro stations.
The stadium does offer on-site car parking for match days, but
it is limited and does come with a charge of £10.
Stadium parking usually goes on general sale a week prior to a
fixture but for all fixtures up until Friday, January 12 general sale
will be open from Friday, October 27.

Outside of stadium parking there are several alternative travel
possibilities available to supporters, whether it be other car
parking options or public transport.

facilities
IMPORTANT REMINDER: Kingston Park Stadium is a
cashless venue.
FOOD & DRINK
Once inside Kingston Park there are several options when it
comes to food & drink, with each stand offering something
different for supporters to enjoy.
FANZONE
New for the 2023-24 season, Newcastle Falcons will host a new
fanzone located in the North West corner of the stadium.
Varying throughout the season, exact offerings will be detailed
closer to the game, but supporters can expect to enjoy:
• A series of bars.
• Food vans.
• Pop-up coffee van.
SOUTH STAND
Well renowned for its loud and bouncing atmosphere, the South
Stand at Newcastle Falcons also boasts several key facilities
that supporters can make use of to fully embrace a Falcons
match day:
• Bar.
• Coffee shop.
• Food outlets.
NORTH STAND
There are no stadium facilities located in the north stand.
To access toilets and food and drink facilities please visit any
of the West Stand concourse, East Stand Tap & Tackle or our
NEW fanzone.
WEST STAND
The busiest of our four stands at Kingston Park, the West Stand
offers a wide variety of facilities for supporters to enjoy at
match days.
• Two food kiosks.
• Two bars.
• Milkshake vending machine.
• Pop-up coffee shop.
• Phone charging facilities provided by Lifesaver.
EAST STAND
Rugby inspired; the fantastic clubhouse offers a full range of
facilities for supporters to enjoy alongside a great view of the
pitch.
• Two bars: Tap & Tackle and 1877.
• Serving a variety of hot, cold, and alcoholic drinks.
• Light bites and snacks are also available.

IMPORTANT REMINDER: Kingston Park Stadium is a
cashless venue.
Newcastle Falcons’ club shop (///woke.loved.deaf) is located in
the East Stand of Kingston Park Stadium.
You can get yourself kitted out with the latest Newcastle
Falcons merchandise from replica shirts, teamwear or gifts and
accessories.
You might even be able to grab yourself a bargain or two with
special match-day discounts. Keep your eyes peeled for regular
updates across our social media channels and website for more
details.
On match-days you will also find pop-up retails units set up
in both the South and West Stand concourses, with the same
offerings as the club shop.

7. hospitality
If you have purchased match-day hospitality, you should
receive separate communications from our commercial
team who will provide an itinerary ahead of the game which
will detail specific timings and what’s included within your
package.
New to this season, we’re also offering supporters the
opportunity to enhance their match-day experience through
our Street Eats hospitality package.
For just £24 per adults and £18 for U18s, supporters can access
a bolt-on upgrade on their general admission ticket and enjoy:
• Pre-match street food.
• Live music.
• Private bar facilities.
• Match-day team sheets.
• Mix & mingle with the Falcons squad.
All while keeping their original seat.

8. entertainment
Although varying match-by-match, supporters can expect
plenty of action off the pitch as well as on it at Newcastle
Falcons’ match days.
If supporters wish to have any birthday shout-out or special
announcements made over the PA, please direct these to
thomas.grisedale@newcastle-falcons.co.uk.
PRE-MATCH
In the build-up to kick off, supporters can join in on getting the
team hyped up for the match by waving a FALCONS’ FLAG.
Spread out throughout the stadium, if you’re lucky enough to
find a flag in your seat, be sure to wave in high and proud as the
lads get into the game.
HALF TIME
Half time is full of fun at Kingston Park for all the family. This is
home to our well-renowned FALCONS FLYER.
This is where one lucky individual from the crowd is selected
to take part in a virtual race against a member of the Falcons
squad, from try-line to half-way for a chance to make it onto our
seasonal leaderboard.
If you’re quicker enough to top the leaderboard by the end of
the season, you will secure yourself a special prize!
New to this season, we also have our MERCHANDISE CANNON! Be
in with a chance a securing some FREE stash as we make our
way around the pitch.
POST-MATCH
There will be plenty of opportunities to meet the players
following the final whistle. The playing squad will do a lap of the
pitch, signing autographs or taking selfies.
Supporters can also join the squad in the PLAYERS’ LOUNGE an
hour after the game. Head over to the middle bar in our West
Stand, for your chance to mingle with the lads!
There will also sometimes be live entertainment throughout the
West Stand concourse and Tap & Tackle bar with karaoke and a
DJ set, but this will be confirmed closer to the games.

Here at Newcastle Falcons, we are dedicated to being a fully
inclusive stadium ensuring our fans of all ages, backgrounds,
abilities and circumstances enjoy their experience with us.
Newcastle Falcons offers a range of facilities and services
to support spectators with any additional needs and our
Community Foundation continues to invest in several
community programmes which enable more people to play
rugby, get involved in the game and reduce levels of social
isolation and increase social connectedness.
Sensory bags are available from the club shop with a £15
refundable hire charge.
The bags contain ear defenders and sensory toys.
