<strong>First</strong>, we just wanted to say thank you, we’re<br />

delighted to have you join us at Kingston Park –<br />

the home of rugby union in the North East.<br />

To make life a little easier for you, we’re created<br />

this first-time fan guide full of useful information<br />

and details that will help you make the most of<br />

your visit.<br />

We look forward to welcoming you and hope you<br />

enjoy the game!<br />

2. your tickets<br />

If you’ve found yourself reading this document you have<br />

probably already booked tickets for a <strong>Falcons</strong> fixture but if<br />

not here’s some guidance to help you book your spot at our<br />

upcoming games!<br />

ONLINE<br />

The easiest and quickest way to purchase your ticket is through<br />

our eticketing portal –<br />

www.eticketing.co.uk/newcastle-falcons.<br />

You will be able to find all our fixtures that are currently on sale<br />

listed here. From here you will be able to select where you’d like<br />

to be in the stadium by clicking one of our standing terraces<br />

or seating decks. We also have the option for you to see the<br />

view from your selected seat prior to purchasing via our virtual<br />

venue.<br />

Next select your price class, usually this is adult or under 18,<br />

however from time to time we will have special offers available<br />

including our group pricing class. Please note to access special<br />

pricing classes you will need to be logged into a Ticketmaster<br />

account.<br />

Follow the purchasing prompts through to checkout to confirm<br />

your place at Kingston Park!<br />

BY PHONE<br />

IIf you’d prefer to speak to our team and purchase over the phone or if<br />

you are having any difficulty purchasing online, you can call our ticket<br />

office on 0191 214 5588 and once dialled, select option 1.<br />

ADD TO WALLET OR PRINT AT HOME<br />

Once you have purchased your ticket, either online or over the<br />

phone, your tickets will be sent to your email – please allow up<br />

to an hour for these to arrive. These can either be printed or<br />

added to your phone wallet.<br />

Either are acceptable for Kingston Park match days.<br />

IN PERSON<br />

There is also the option to purchase in person through our club<br />

shop and ticket office (///woke.loved.deaf).<br />

• Friday: 12:00pm - 5:00pm.<br />

• Saturday: 10:00am – 4:00pm.<br />

At Kingston Park there are five options to enjoy<br />

top-flight rugby union.<br />

EAST STAND & EAST STAND TERRACES<br />

ENTRY POINT:<br />

The East Stand offers a small area of covered seating directly<br />

behind the team dugouts as well as uncovered terracing to<br />

either side.<br />

It is also home to the club’s Tap & Tackle and 1877 bar. Offering<br />

a great view of the pitch, the bars also serve hot drinks as well<br />

as your favourite snacks and provide a several toilet facilities<br />

for supporters. The East Stand is also home to the club shop<br />

and ticket office.<br />

WEST STAND<br />

The largest of the four stands is the West Stand which is an<br />

all-seated structure and houses the club’s hospitality suites,<br />

conference rooms, press gantry and several food and drink<br />

outlets.<br />

Throughout the stand there are several toilet facilities as well –<br />

on the concourse they are located at either end.<br />

SOUTH STAND<br />

ENTRY POINTS:<br />

Situated directly behind the posts on the Southern end of the<br />

ground is the popular South Stand. A large, covered terrace<br />

for standing only, the stand is well-known for providing the<br />

atmosphere on most <strong>Falcons</strong>’ match days.<br />

At either end of the stand, there are toilet facilities for<br />

supporters.<br />

NORTH STAND<br />

ENTRY POINTS:<br />

An uncovered terrace for standing only. There are no direct<br />

facilities to the North Stand and supporters wishing for access<br />

to food, drink and toilet facilities are advised to either visit the<br />

West or East Stand. Or our fan village located in the north west<br />

corner of the stadium.<br />

We are only five miles from <strong>Newcastle</strong> city centre, three miles<br />

from <strong>Newcastle</strong> International Airport, two minutes’ drive from<br />

the A1 and a five-minute walk from Kingston Park and Bank Foot<br />

Metro stations.<br />

The stadium does offer on-site car parking for match days, but<br />

it is limited and does come with a charge of £10.<br />

Stadium parking usually goes on general sale a week prior to a<br />

fixture but for all fixtures up until Friday, January 12 general sale<br />

will be open from Friday, October 27.<br />

Outside of stadium parking there are several alternative travel<br />

possibilities available to supporters, whether it be other car<br />

parking options or public transport.<br />

IMPORTANT REMINDER: Kingston Park Stadium is a<br />

cashless venue.<br />

FOOD & DRINK<br />

Once inside Kingston Park there are several options when it<br />

comes to food & drink, with each stand offering something<br />

different for supporters to enjoy.<br />

FANZONE<br />

New for the 2023-24 season, <strong>Newcastle</strong> <strong>Falcons</strong> will host a new<br />

fanzone located in the North West corner of the stadium.<br />

Varying throughout the season, exact offerings will be detailed<br />

closer to the game, but supporters can expect to enjoy:<br />

• A series of bars.<br />

• Food vans.<br />

• Pop-up coffee van.<br />

SOUTH STAND<br />

Well renowned for its loud and bouncing atmosphere, the South<br />

Stand at <strong>Newcastle</strong> <strong>Falcons</strong> also boasts several key facilities<br />

that supporters can make use of to fully embrace a <strong>Falcons</strong><br />

match day:<br />

• Bar.<br />

• Coffee shop.<br />

• Food outlets.<br />

NORTH STAND<br />

There are no stadium facilities located in the north stand.<br />

To access toilets and food and drink facilities please visit any<br />

of the West Stand concourse, East Stand Tap & Tackle or our<br />

NEW fanzone.<br />

WEST STAND<br />

The busiest of our four stands at Kingston Park, the West Stand<br />

offers a wide variety of facilities for supporters to enjoy at<br />

match days.<br />

• Two food kiosks.<br />

• Two bars.<br />

• Milkshake vending machine.<br />

• Pop-up coffee shop.<br />

• Phone charging facilities provided by Lifesaver.<br />

EAST STAND<br />

Rugby inspired; the fantastic clubhouse offers a full range of<br />

facilities for supporters to enjoy alongside a great view of the<br />

pitch.<br />

• Two bars: Tap & Tackle and 1877.<br />

• Serving a variety of hot, cold, and alcoholic drinks.<br />

• Light bites and snacks are also available.<br />

IMPORTANT REMINDER: Kingston Park Stadium is a<br />

cashless venue.<br />

<strong>Newcastle</strong> <strong>Falcons</strong>’ club shop (///woke.loved.deaf) is located in<br />

the East Stand of Kingston Park Stadium.<br />

You can get yourself kitted out with the latest <strong>Newcastle</strong><br />

<strong>Falcons</strong> merchandise from replica shirts, teamwear or gifts and<br />

accessories.<br />

You might even be able to grab yourself a bargain or two with<br />

special match-day discounts. Keep your eyes peeled for regular<br />

updates across our social media channels and website for more<br />

details.<br />

On match-days you will also find pop-up retails units set up<br />

in both the South and West Stand concourses, with the same<br />

offerings as the club shop.<br />

7. hospitality<br />

If you have purchased match-day hospitality, you should<br />

receive separate communications from our commercial<br />

team who will provide an itinerary ahead of the game which<br />

will detail specific timings and what’s included within your<br />

package.<br />

New to this season, we’re also offering supporters the<br />

opportunity to enhance their match-day experience through<br />

our Street Eats hospitality package.<br />

For just £24 per adults and £18 for U18s, supporters can access<br />

a bolt-on upgrade on their general admission ticket and enjoy:<br />

• Pre-match street food.<br />

• Live music.<br />

• Private bar facilities.<br />

• Match-day team sheets.<br />

• Mix & mingle with the <strong>Falcons</strong> squad.<br />

All while keeping their original seat.<br />

8. entertainment<br />

Although varying match-by-match, supporters can expect<br />

plenty of action off the pitch as well as on it at <strong>Newcastle</strong><br />

<strong>Falcons</strong>’ match days.<br />

If supporters wish to have any birthday shout-out or special<br />

announcements made over the PA, please direct these to<br />

thomas.grisedale@newcastle-falcons.co.uk.<br />

PRE-MATCH<br />

In the build-up to kick off, supporters can join in on getting the<br />

team hyped up for the match by waving a FALCONS’ FLAG.<br />

Spread out throughout the stadium, if you’re lucky enough to<br />

find a flag in your seat, be sure to wave in high and proud as the<br />

lads get into the game.<br />

HALF TIME<br />

Half time is full of fun at Kingston Park for all the family. This is<br />

home to our well-renowned FALCONS FLYER.<br />

This is where one lucky individual from the crowd is selected<br />

to take part in a virtual race against a member of the <strong>Falcons</strong><br />

squad, from try-line to half-way for a chance to make it onto our<br />

seasonal leaderboard.<br />

If you’re quicker enough to top the leaderboard by the end of<br />

the season, you will secure yourself a special prize!<br />

New to this season, we also have our MERCHANDISE CANNON! Be<br />

in with a chance a securing some FREE stash as we make our<br />

way around the pitch.<br />

POST-MATCH<br />

There will be plenty of opportunities to meet the players<br />

following the final whistle. The playing squad will do a lap of the<br />

pitch, signing autographs or taking selfies.<br />

Supporters can also join the squad in the PLAYERS’ LOUNGE an<br />

hour after the game. Head over to the middle bar in our West<br />

Stand, for your chance to mingle with the lads!<br />

There will also sometimes be live entertainment throughout the<br />

West Stand concourse and Tap & Tackle bar with karaoke and a<br />

DJ set, but this will be confirmed closer to the games.


9. accessibility<br />

Here at <strong>Newcastle</strong> <strong>Falcons</strong>, we are dedicated to being a fully<br />

inclusive stadium ensuring our fans of all ages, backgrounds,<br />

abilities and circumstances enjoy their experience with us.<br />

<strong>Newcastle</strong> <strong>Falcons</strong> offers a range of facilities and services<br />

to support spectators with any additional needs and our<br />

Community Foundation continues to invest in several<br />

community programmes which enable more people to play<br />

rugby, get involved in the game and reduce levels of social<br />

isolation and increase social connectedness.<br />

Sensory bags are available from the club shop with a £15<br />

refundable hire charge.<br />

The bags contain ear defenders and sensory toys.<br />
