safe space for people
facing similar challenges
to come together to share
experiences, discuss any
concerns or just have a
relaxing chat over a cup of
tea.
This year, we’ve had a busy
event schedule and one of
the highlights has been the
film screening in Glasgow,
Cambridge and London
of the award-winning
documentary, ‘Can you
hear my voice?’, produced
and directed by filmmaker
Bill Brummel. We invited
patients and clinicians to
attend and there was plenty
of opportunity for socialising
after the screening with
nibbles and drinks.
Our Customer Care team
maintain regular contact
with thousands of customers
each month and also
immerse themselves in
community events. Last year
they participated in over
twenty clubs and groups
around the country.
