Corporates that spend billions annually on ESD, and the suppliers who are supposed to gain from it are all aware that

supplier development in its current form is largely ineffective. Most supplier development initiatives do not meet suppliers

where they are; they do not recognise them as entrepreneurs or individuals or consider their unique circumstances. They

disregard the level of sophistication of the supplier or the business by treating all suppliers identically and making

assumptions about their needs.

Melody joins GROW IMPACT as the New Business Lead With 6+ years of experience in

ESD business development Melody brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our

team. Having worked in various roles and industries over the years. In her previous

positions, Melody is also currently completing her Masters in International Community

Development by way of Northwest University (Washington USA). In her role, she will

be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as

maintaining and strengthening client relationships.

ADMINISTRATION AND PROGRAM COORDINATION

Heather is our Administration and Program Coordinator, providing GROW IMPACT

with support in achieving key strategies and realising our vision of creating a new

narrative for supplier development

in South Africa. Heather has extensive experience

as an Executive Assistant, with great admin, and organisational skills. She is

passionate about gender empowerment, equality, and diversity, and is driven to be a

catalyst for change in all areas of her life.

Hamu holds a passion for encouraging companies to

financial matters. Interface has been in the market

for 15 years, offering dynamic financial wellness
