1.1 Mission and Vision
Since 1988, Helpcode has been working in Italy and
around the world to protect children’s rights, so that
they can become aware and informed adults and make
their dreams come true.
We believe that children can change the world starting with their families and
their communities, but only if their rights are recognized and guaranteed

• We are an independent, secular, non-political and non-denominational organization.
We pursue exclusively or mainly activities of general interest, not-for-profit,
with civic, solidarity and social utility aims as described at Art. 5 of Legislative
Decree no. 117 of 2017.
• We promote the improvement of living conditions for people who are especially
vulnerable, in particular children in the communities where they live. We do this
through concrete initiatives that directly and indirectly support their education,
well-being and development.
