BADGE SWAPPING & REPRINT POLICY<br />
Each registrant will be issued an individual badge. Badge swapping or badge sharing is not permitted. Violations of this policy will<br />
result in cancelation of the registration without refund.<br />
Badge Reprint Policy - Attendees are advised to keep their badge in a safe place during the conference.<br />
• 1st Badge Reprint: Upon proper identification and confirmation of registration payment, a duplicate badge is issued.<br />
• 2nd Badge Reprint: All additional reprints will be at full cost of the registrant’s registration fee. No exceptions.<br />
*This only applies to expo only registrations. Technical Meeting registrants must pay full price for ANY badge reprints.<br />
LITERATURE & PRODUCT DISTRIBUTION<br />
Promotions, posters, signs and literature distribution by attendees, exhibitors or other groups during the conference/expo must<br />
be done within their own contracted meeting space or exhibit booth and not in public meeting space or areas – at the convention<br />
center or in the hotels, with the exception of designated<br />
marketing opportunities secured previously with Rubber Division,<br />
ACS. Items left in violation of this policy will be removed and<br />
discarded.<br />
PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO RECORDING<br />
Video recording, live video recording, streaming or<br />
photographing any portion of the expo, technical presentations,<br />
educational courses is strictly prohibited. Violators of this<br />
policy will be asked to leave and will not be allowed back into<br />
the conference. Press, if credentialed by the Division, may take<br />
overall or general views of the exhibits without restriction.<br />
TIPS FOR A SAFE STAY IN CLEVELAND<br />
• Don’t wear your meeting badge outside the convention<br />
center or hotels.<br />
• Don’t leave valuables in your hotel room. Use a hotel safe<br />
deposit box.<br />
• Walk in open well-lit areas at night. Travel in groups. Don’t<br />
be a loner, particularly in the evening.<br />
• Use common sense. If someone or someplace looks<br />
suspicious, report it and/or avoid it.<br />
• If an emergency occurs during a meeting event, report<br />
emergencies to the nearest security guard or to any Rubber<br />
Division, ACS staff member.<br />
• Should a catastrophic event occur while the meeting is<br />
under way, follow safety and security instructions issued by<br />
the facility where you are located at the time of the event.<br />
