Treatment<br />

• <strong>Breast</strong> conservation therapy for unifocal tumors<br />

• No additional treatment<br />

• Low axillary node dissection<br />

– Mixed tubular/cribriform<br />

–Size >1cm<br />

– Multifocal tumors<br />

• Radiation therapy with recurrence<br />

• Chemotherapy possibly in rare cases with axillary<br />

metastasis or if there is cancer in the other breast<br />

• Strict histological criteria<br />

• Pure form (>90 % or close to 100%)<br />

• When more than 10% <strong>of</strong> tumor is InvDC,<br />

NST - Mixed tubular and ductal or ductal with<br />

tubular features<br />

• Excellent prognosis in pure form or mixed<br />

tubular/cribriform<br />

• ER and PR positive<br />
