Most importantly it reminds us of everlasting and eternal life in us and keeps our relationship with God who is Spirit, fresh and alive! This is the main and ultimate purpose of true worship led by the Holy Spirit. Prayer: Holy Spirit thank you that You lead me to be a true worshiper.

But you, dear friends, by building yourselves up in your most holy faith and praying in the Holy Spirit, keep yourselves in God’s love as you wait for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to bring you to eternal life. Jude 1:3, 20-21 We have an awesome privilege to pray in the Holy Spirit. This means we pray with hearts and minds focused on the Holy Spirit. When we pray in the Holy Spirit we use utterances that is not in our own or any known language. What do you do when you do not have any more words to express yourself because your known human language is to limited? It might not sound like anything to you, but you can pray with words, groans and expressions, guided by the Holy Spirit even if you don't understand it. Just let this praying in the Holy Spirit flow out of you. Don't over think it. The scripture says as you pray in the Holy Spirit you are building yourself up in your faith. You become more conscious of God's love. You are directly engaging the realm of the supernatural - the realm of the Holy Spirit. This is the most deepest form of prayer. Take it slow and easy. It is a most beautiful way of praying. You will be astonished at the victories, the power and glory of God that will manifest in every area of your life. Prayer: Holy Spirit thank you that I can pray in the Spirit believing you hear, know and understand my prayer.
