T H E H O L Y S P I R I T G I V E S Y O U S T R E N G T H .<br />
I pray that out <strong>of</strong> his glorious riches he may streng<strong>the</strong>n you <strong>with</strong> power through his<br />
Spirit in your inner being,<br />
Ephesians 3:16<br />
Your heavenly Fa<strong>the</strong>r loves you more than what you can imagine. It is because <strong>of</strong> His<br />
great love for you that you can be assured that He makes His great strength available<br />
to you.<br />
The Holy Spirit is <strong>the</strong> agent that effects this strength and power in your life. Just call on<br />
Him for strength.<br />
Firstly, this power is available to your inner being. This refers to your mental and<br />
emotional state. There is strength available to ensure that mentally and emotionally you<br />
are healthy and strong. Talk to Him about it. He wants you in a good and healthy<br />
mental and emotional state. He may even lead you to speak to a confidant , a pastor, a<br />
<strong>the</strong>rapist, or a psychologist. Mental health and wellbeing are serious matters. If you are<br />
faced <strong>with</strong> challenges and difficulties, call on Him for strength. If you are facing a<br />
beautiful project that needs finishing, call on Him for strength. If you are dealing <strong>with</strong><br />
any issue, you can call on Him for strength. Discuss it <strong>with</strong> Him in prayer.<br />

Thank you Holy Spirit that I can call on you for strength.
