Our Services for You
Together with our partners, we have committed ourselves
to combat the shortage of skilled workers. For this, we
recruit and accompany qualified international trainees to
Germany using our proven method.
We coordinate the applicant selection process according
to your needs and, if desired, take care of the basic integration
in Germany - ensuring everything works correctly from
the beginning - without any risk to you.
Our Process:
1. We handle the application process and
introduce you to qualified candidates
2. After a contract is concluded between the sponsor
and the applicant, we handle the entry formalities
with the district government
3. We assist the applicant in finding
accommodation
4. If desired, we accompany you and your trainee
after successful entry throughout the training
period, and assist with further coordination and
integration, such as organizing appointments
with authorities.
The selected students come from Morocco, Iran, or the
Balkans. All of them have prior knowledge in care through
various internships, and all possess a language level of
B2 to C1.

The basic service includes the selection process,
complete handling of the visa procedure, coordination
with embassies, authorities, and schools,
as well as supervision and basic integration work.
Refinancing
We charge a supervision fee, which is refinanced
through the compensation fund of the nursing
profession training.
Security & Stress-free
You incur no initial costs before the start of training
– we take on the risk of timely commencement of
the training.
Fair and Transparent
Only visa and flight costs arise for the prospective
trainee.
