MINIMUMS
• Minimum Order: $650 USD
DELIVERY
• Haus of Grey offers 6 Seasonal Deliveries per year. It is guaranteed that each Seasonal Delivery
will arrive on, or as near to the start ship date as possible, and within a 30-day ship window from
the start ship date.
• Haus of Grey will accept “Pack & Hold” orders for up to 45-days from the Seasonal Delivery start
ship date.
• At-Once orders ship out within 2-business days. Account for 5-business days of transit time for
ground shipments.
• At-Once orders that have Embroidery require an additional 5 to 10-business days.
• Haus of Grey may accommodate rush requests, in which additional fees will be quoted prior to
authorizing order.
CORRECTIOns AND CANCELLATIONS
• All changes / corrections to merchandise must be made 60-days prior to start ship date and are
subject to approval.
• Orders cannot be cancelled if product is in production.

NEW CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS (including accounts inactive for 2+ years)
• Copy of Resale License/Certificate
• Completed Credit Application
• All new and inactive accounts subject to credit approval.
• If credit application is not completed then credit card payment in full prior to ship is acceptable.
EMBROIDERY PRICING (LISTED IN USD)
• $4.00 per item: 24 embroidery units or more
• $4.50 per item: 12-23 embroidery units
• $5 per item: 6-11 units
• $5 per item: 5 or less units + $10 set up (1 charge on invoice)
• $75 original digitizing fee
• $30 any additonal re-digitizing needs (ie. resizing, removing artwork, etc.)
