ama la cucina. Ambiente elegante e servizio molto attento fanno si che i piatti proposti, fatti in casa

dalla pasta, al pane, ai dolci oltre ad una curata carta dei vini, vi facciano dimenticare il tempo... perchè

assaporare le proposte di “Franz” non deve mettervi fretta.

The Hostaria da Franz owes its name to Austrian-Hungarian

soldier franz Habeler, who transformed an ancient rope-factory

into a venue for tasting typical lagoon produce. It is with

this philosophy that the Gasparini family have always cared

for their menus, making the Hostaria an almost mandatory

destination for cuisine lovers. An elegant atmosphere and

very attentive service make sure the

featured dishes, homemade from pasta

to bread, to desserts, in addition to a

selected wine list, make you lose track

of time... because savouring offers at
