by Severino has offered its guests typical Venetian
cuisine dishes since the early 1900s. Located in 15th century
Palazzo Zorzi, it boasts a big inner courtyard roofed by
a vine in the good season, from which a sweet, particularly
appreciated wine is harvested, a unique case in Venice. The
Giardinetto offers Venetian specialties like pickled sardines
in saor, bigoli in salsa dark spaghetti, granceola crab and
prized castradina mutton, all accompanied by excellent national
wines.
