The car with the lowest price tag might not be the cheapest to own.
An industrial doors is usually characterised as a product that can have high after sales costs. The

The most energy effi cient
standard door in Europe
Compared to almost any other type of door, Q-DOOR FX is
cheaper to own. It uses less energy, has lower service- and spare
part costs, and is subject to less collision damage due to its movement
pattern.
All around construction
The folding door is the most all around door type due to its
simplicity, small space demands and its ease of use in the upright
position. But above all, due to the possibilities in adapting the
design of the folding door in size, number of sections, window
confi guration, appearance etc.
Q-DOOR FX is built up by 1-16 sections depending on your door
opening size. Q-DOOR FX with motor operator is built up by 2-4
sections. The door is made out or in going, with or without motor
operator or prepared for motor operator.
Door leaf for tough environments
Torverk and Q-DOOR FX are pioneers when it comes to safety.
We were fi rst with a pinch guard in 1963, and at the turn of the
millennium we were fi rst again - this time with the entire door as
a pinch guard.
Optimal quality, low service level and long life span demands
good dimensions. That is why Q-DOOR FX has a wind load
dimension of 0.7-2.0 kPa. Integrated, heavy-duty steel reinforce-
ment and 52 kg density/m3 freon-free polyurethane foam makes
the leaf the most sturdy and resilient in its class. Up-value for
Q-DOOR FX is as low as 0.22.

Special sealing system
Q-DOOR’s sealings are custom designed and heavy sized. Thanks
to the vulcanized trippel chamber sealings between sections and in
all corners, you achieve maximum sealing effect.
Windows for light and design
The window frame made in aluminium has a broken cold-bridge
and double insulated glass to achieve a minimum of energy loss,
and to assure the windows looks just as good after years of usage.
In addition, you will not have to deal with problems like condensation
or dirt between the panes.
Standard window sizes: 300x500, 500x500, 300x1200 or
500x1200 mm WxH. Standard Breast Height 1450 mm (window
height 500 mm) and 750 mm (window height 1200 mm). Custom
sizes on demand.
Maximum glass area per door section = 30%.
Pass door
When needed, Q-DOOR FX can be provided with a pass door.
The pass door height aesthetically adjusts to all standard window
sizes and can be provided with different kinds of locking device,
door handles and windows.
Secure locking and mounting
Q-DOOR FX is delivered with a espagnolet locking (for padlock)
able to open from the inside. The door can also be provided with
Security Door Lock with door handle on the inside, or both in and
outside. Both alternatives matches the Swedish insurance companies’
locking demands for industries.
Q-DOOR FX with motor operator is locked with non reversable
selfl ocking motor. The doors can also be provided with espagnolet
and Security Door Lock like standard Q-DOOR FX.
Torverk’s mountings are well dimensioned, have low friction and
simple management. The frame mountings have a smooth and
shiny, hardened steel ball that carries the whole door weight.
Lasting motor operators with long guarantees
Q-DOOR FX with motor operator is manufactured with two, three
or four sections. Standard Q-DOOR FX can be prepared for motor
operators. Torverk’s motor operators requires a minimum of service
and depending on service agreements, have guarantees on 2, 5
or 10 years.

R-DOOR FX - frame based folding door
R-DOOR FX is one of the market’s most dependable frame based doors. This robust and hard
wearing door is well suited for tough environments, special sizes or when large glazed areas are
required. It is less suitable for outer walls in normally heated premises, due to its high U-value.
OH-DOOR - overhead sectional door
The overhead sectional door has small requirements on fl oor- and side space. The principle of an
up going, spring balanced section is simple and makes the door easy to open and shut.
OH-DOOR is known for high quality, optimal isolation and operation safety. The door is provided
in various designs to satisfy different desires. We deliver the Overhead sectional door with or
without motor operators.
Panel doors
The function of the panel door is much like an ordinary but big door. This door is suitable for
small and medium sized openings for person and/or vehicle passages. The sandwich designed
panel door is perfect when you are looking for a well isolated door.
Sliding doors
The sandwich designed sliding door Q-DOOR SX has a well isolated door sections. It is well
suited for storages, stock rooms, hangars and similar environments. In smaller sizes Q-DOOR SX
is also used where small and fast doors are desired. If you choose this sandwich designed sliding
door you get a robust and dependable construction for tough environments.

T-GATE can be delivered as folding, panel or sliding gate, with or without motor operator.
