business, adding value by retaining current

customers and attracting new ones.

CUSTOMER

SERVICE

Our course - which is fully funded and so free to join

- is ideal for any member of staff within a company

that has day-to-day interaction with customers, and

wish to gain a qualification that will further their career

prospects.

Employers have clearly stressed the importance of

wider employability skills - communication, teamwork,

problem solving and so on - and this programme will

give staff those skills and knowledge necessary to

deliver excellent customer service, helping improve

the reputation of the business.

We offer bespoke packages to companies with groups

of staff to train, delivered at times and venues to suit,

and of course run set courses that individuals can join.

Please contact businessdevelopment@shipley.ac.uk

to see what we can do for you!

“This course is suitable for people in a range of job roles. It will help new recruits

as they start their journey, and can also provide managers with insights and

information to add to their own skillset, as well as support them in training those

whom they manage. It is designed to enhance relationships between employees

and customers, and also promote effective working relationships within

organisations. These are valuable outcomes at all levels of the organisation.”
