India’s Most Valuable Companies Revamping the Future

Agro-Revolu onaries

Driving Sustainable Bandwagon

he first step toward sustainability is changing our

Teating habits. Scientists, doctors, and healthcare

professionals worldwide have agreed that organic

farming, naturally produced grains, fruits, vegetables, and

all of our foods must be reembraced to live a healthy and

prosperous life.

Chemically induced, a global food chain based on inorganic

and fertilizer-enhanced food produce will be extremely

hazardous in the long run, as evidenced by new-age

diseases and disorders affecting an increasing proportion of

the population in both developed and developing countries.

Thus, organic farming and providing healthy, natural, and

organic food products could now be considered one of the

noblest missions for which Gangotri Organics was

founded in 2017. Pragnesh Patel and Bharat

Maheshwari, the dynamic Managing Partners of this

modernistic firm based in Valsad, Gujarat, guide it.

Gangotri sells a wide range of organic farm products to

domestic and international markets.

Seeding the Organic Woods

Gangotri is a certified ISO 9001: 2015 company that has

been a pioneer in producing natural and organic foods from

remote locations. These humble, down-to-earth, passionate

farmers are the first organic farmers. The company farms

and encourages farmers to start organic farming of

vegetables, fruits, spices, and oyster mushrooms.

Aside from agriculture products, Gangotri is a merchant

exporter of API, surgical items, packing material,

construction material, Bamboo craft products, compostable

cutlery, carry bags and the world’s most innovative herbal

fuel additive. It offers a wide range of ready-to-eat

products, including oyster mushroom powder and fresh,

dried products. Oyster Mushrooms are high in vitamins and

minerals, which benefit health and help alleviate the world’s

malnutrition problem.

The company has a well-qualified team for handling its inhouse

pre- and post-shipment processes. It receives regular

orders with upfront payments due to the strong trust

developed with vendors over years of consistent,

transparent dealings.

Gangotri Organics, in collaboration with its associate

company, Shreeniwas Innovations Pvt. Ltd., is working to

improve society by addressing the SDGs (Sustainable

Development Goals). Without making any changes or

alterations to the vehicles or industrial machinery, the

company saves more fuel and reduces vehicle emissions

than expected. Gangotri has reduced the sulfur content of

gasoline by 100%, a worldwide miracle. Another unique

aspect of the company is its ability to successfully mitigate

Sulfur by up to 50% from Furnace Oil.

This company currently offers a diverse range of valueadded

oyster mushroom products. Gangotri Organics, a

partner in incredible innovations, is empowering over 500

farmers to grow organic products like mushrooms and

indirectly influencing a large portion of society to move

towards a healthy society, leaving behind chemical-laden

farm products for the betterment of India’s young

generations. In addition, the company is involved in

creating value-added products from mushrooms, another

step toward eradicating malnutrition in our society.

It has also trained women from the ‘Mann Deshi

Foundation’ as part of a ‘CSR’ (Corporate Social

Responsibility) initiative sponsored by ‘HUL’ and

Accenture.

Gangotri Organics has a strong product portfolio with a

distinct selling proposition to meet market demands with

the following B2B and B2C business models. It is a

globally scalable business from a rapidly growing Indian

market with multi-fold financial growth capability.

Pragnesh strongly believes in taking up challenges and

changes in life. He feels, “We should look beyond our

boundaries, leave the comfort space, and explore, challenge

ourselves to work on things that are diagonally opposite

and work on problems that matter, thus making this world a

better place. Also, as things come by, tackle them one at a

time, step by step and piece by piece.”

The Farsighted Leadership

Techno-Logical Dynamism

Pragnesh was inspired to enter the organic farming space

and co-found Gangotri Organics by the plight of farmers

and drivers in India. He believes that with the right

technology and attitude, farmers can earn more and be

white-collared. Pragnesh is a role model for enabling and

empowering oyster mushroom production in South Gujarat.

Gangotri Organics is a pioneer in organic farming in

Gujarat and one of the leading bio and eco-friendly

mushroom product manufacturers. Gangotri Organics began

organic mushroom cultivation in Valsad in 2017 and

quickly expanded into international markets. On the other

hand, it has trained over 200 women entrepreneurs to

cultivate mushrooms most economically and to improve

Bharat Maheshwari, an undergraduate from the small town

of Valsad in Gujarat, had an exciting and eventful journey

with more than 30 years of rich experience in various fields

in a drive towards a feasible and sustainable environment,

transforming from warm regards to Green regards. From

working as a professional in group companies and MNCs in

HR and Administration to having his own Merchant

Exports Business established in diversified products such as

Organic Fresh Products, Biofuel Herbal Additives,

Pharmaceutical Supplies, and Wooden and Bamboo items.

When 2ml of additive is added to one liter of fuel, the

average increases by 40%, and CO2 emissions are reduced

by 80%.

Organic farming initiatives increase vital O2 levels by more

than 80%, a boon to the world. Gangotri Organics supports

the Green Revolution by offering organic oyster fresh and

dried mushrooms and its products, organic pulses cereals,

oils, fruits and vegetables, organic manure, bamboo mugs,

plates, cups, and many other innovative products.

Finding natural organic food in modern cities is difficult

due to pollution of various types, including air, water, and

earth, which is found everywhere and harms both health

and the environment. The organization has encouraged

farmers to practice organic farming to make a positive

difference.

Gangotri Organics has developed a ready market for their

products and provided them with guidance and support in

organic farming. Bharat Maheshwari travels nationwide

and internationally to find the right entrepreneurs to scale

his business with Gangotri Organics, which is researching

new innovative products/startups interested in biodegradable

and eco-friendly products to expand this

initiative.

Naturally Unique Inspirations

Gangotri Organics is capable of combating climate

change and wishes to participate in resolving issues at

COP27, UN, WHO, and SDG due to its products and

sustainable methodology.

He invites everyone to join hands in making a better life

with God’s unlimited resources, which must be used

ethically and without further harming and damaging

Mother Earth. “We can change today’s polluted air to

good quality air #SHUDH HAWA, #CO2 to O2,” he adds.

“During 2020, when the entire world was in pandemic

lockdown, pollution levels had decreased significantly,

improving air quality. This was a subtle message that

should not be overlooked.”

A variety of sources inspired Gangotri Organics. The first

was to effect change in eco-friendly and sustainable

production, while the second was to assist farmers in

obtaining the best rates and marketing their products in

national and international markets they previously could

not reach. This has increased the organization’s value and

the farmers’ society’s ability to rely on it as a transparent

and resource-supportive company.

The company’s unique selling point is its organic, fresh,

frozen, and dried Ready-to-Eat products. Gangotri

Organics is the only company that farms Organic Oyster

Mushrooms and delivers them in fresh, dried powdered

form, among other things. Furthermore, the company’s

most innovative herbal fuel additive is a demanding

business.

Towards a Greenest Future

Organic farming was a novel concept that required

convincing both farmers and consumers. Because the

current market conditions and industry practices were

entirely based on the use of artificial products, the Gangotri

Organics team had to explain the benefits of organic

farming and its impact on customers, the market, and the

environment.

The growing market has seen a steady increase in organic

producers. Because there is no standardization in this

segment, organic certification agencies are now a challenge.

According to Bharat, technology transformation plays a

significant role in expanding businesses and maximizing

their reach to all corners of the globe. Bharat defines IT as

the Instant Transfer of Funds, Technology, Messages, Ideas,

and People.

Modern technologies have helped a lot in aggregating

things that were far-fetched and thought of as a possibility

and have become a reality, powering the advancements in

organic farming.

Farmers are now connected directly to us via technology, as

are end users, leveraging technology for all of their needs,

making it easier for Gangotri Organics to understand the

requirements from both sides.

Gangotri Organics is an established provider of organic

solutions. “We are the Next Generation Company, which is

a need of the hour as well as the future depending on these

business areas,” Bharat advises young professionals. “Our

forefathers gave us this beautiful planet on which we live

and enjoy our lives. It is now our responsibility to be

accountable in developing clean, logical, and long-term

businesses that will improve our environment and make it a

better place for future generations to live and prosper

happily.”

Gangotri Organics has rightly devised its future projections

based on a Clear vision. Its vision is focused on SCOPE –

Sustainable Culture of People Everywhere. This is its

scope with the offerings of instant ready-to-eat organic food

and a living style called LIFE – Let’s Intervene Food for

Everyone, addressing SDG Goals 2,3,8,11,13,15,17.

India's Most Valuable Companies Revamping the Future

INDR

Agrotech

On the Mission to Helping Farmers and Nature with Organic Solutions

Along with increasing air and water pollution, using

chemical fertilizers in farmlands results in the

worst soil erosions we have seen. It is the major

issue troubling rural habitats completely dependent on

agriculture and farm produce. Increasing land pollution and

soil erosion is leading to unavailability of the seasoned and

matured earth-beds for the farmers to sow their crops and

yield high-quality seasonal yields affecting their annual

income.

Furthermore, the crop cultivated and nurtured in such

conditions remains most vulnerable to pests, insects,

worms, and diseases, further affecting their long-term

production and sustainability. In most cases, such produce

deteriorates quickly and becomes ineffective swiftly under

even the slightest adverse climate conditions.

It is one of the most significant issues faced by people

engaged in farming, agriculture, and other allied activities

regarding land and soil quality compromise. Premium

quality organic fertilizers are emerging as an essential

countermeasure in this regard. Most importantly, founded in

2020, INDR Agrotech Pvt Ltd has proven itself to be the

dependable and reliable Manufacturer, Exporter and

Wholesaler of a premium quality range of Organic Fertilizers.

The firm also trades in Potash, Soil Conditioners, and

Silica. The organization's range of products is available

under the brand name INDR Agrotech. The firm is located

in Indore (Madhya Pradesh, India) and has a wide area for

manufacturing fertilizers and Silica. Under the leadership of

its founders Mr Iqbal Hussain, Mr D.N Salunke and Ms

Sangeeta Kalyani, INDR Agrotech gained a huge global

clientele. Rakesh Mittal, Shishir Maheshwari and

Nanasaheb Zakane are the other team members.

Mr Hussain shares, “We are backed by a team of dexterous

professionals with rich experience in this domain. Our

professionals are the biggest asset of our organization and

are selected after a complete assessment of their skills and

domain expertise.”

Ensuring Agro Sustenance

As of today, INDR Agrotech has fulfilled the need for

organic fertilizers. The Firm is also an exporter of fertilizers

and silica to the USA, Canada, UK, Nepal, Africa, France,

Germany, Italy, Nigeria, Egypt, Tanzania, Kenya, Bangladesh,

China, Russia, Australia, Mali, Mauritius, Maldives,

Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Korea. “We offer these

products to our customers with the soundest and safe

packaging to ensure quality delivery,” says Mr Hussain, a

renowned Agro Entrepreneur with 27 years of trading

experience with Agro MNCs. Dealing with insecticides for

so long and seeing their harmful results, he decided to shut

operations and do something extraordinary. With this

vision, he started this company to return the debt of nature

and also help farmers.

INDR Agrotech has proven

itself to be the dependable and

reliable Manufacturer,

Exporter and Wholesaler of

a premium quality range of

Organic Fertilizers.

“Also, we, at INDR Agrotech, ensure that the quantity we

supply is also as per the customer's demands,” says another

veteran Mr Salunke, a technical head of the company. With

BSc. in Agriculture, he is behind all the unique product

development. He has 18+ years of experience and study of

plants, nature and soil and their requirements.

According to Ms Sangeeta, INDR Agrotech is a DPIITregistered

startup company working to improve nature.

“For thousands of years, we continuously exploit nature

without returning its longstanding dues. Our company is

trying to return its health to nature,” she says.

Sangeeta is a lady with strong administrative and operational

qualities and 22+ years of experience in administration.

Successfully running other ventures also, she is behind

the company's management.

Fostering the Nutrient-Rich Soil

According to her, the soil has become harder and lost

almost all its nutrients. So the team INDR developed soil

conditioners with guaranteed results of softening of soil

within 20 days. So many soil conditioners are in the market,

but INDRs products have guaranteed results with replenishing

soil nutrients. It makes soil airier to breathe.

Ms Sangeeta further shares that they have studied nature,

climate, temperature, and various stages of plant development

and accordingly developed multi nutrients products as

per the requirement of plants. Plants' need for nutrients

differs in different stages of development, climatic

conditions and soil. Mr Salunke adds that their nutrients are

developed to provide proper plant nutritional growth. These

nutrient-rich products eliminate harmful chemical products

(fertilizers and insecticides). Plants grown using INDR

products have great nutritional value. “We are also manufacturing

potash drawn from molasses as promoted by the

government of India to reduce imports,” says Mr Hussain,

who informs that they are also manufacturing prom

alternative to DAP and SSP.

the INDR team to make farmers use the products. Still, they

face the same issue as exploring and opening new areas.

Strengthening India’s Agricultural Backbone

Being experienced leaders, they share their opinions on

how technology is transforming their sector and the

advancements that can be expected in the future. See, the

land cannot grow with a growing population. They must

look for techniques to increase crop production on the same

land. New techniques have to be developed to increase crop

production.

In their advice to the aspirants willing to venture into

Agrotech, the team says to Work towards new and unique

techniques so that crop production can be increased without

damaging nature. Use minimal chemicals and promote

balance plant nutrition.

On envisioning scaling INDR Agrotech’s scope and

offerings in future, Mr Hussain shares that India is an

agricultural country. Per year consumption of agricultural

products in India is around rupees One Lakh crore. “So

there is a huge potential for growth of our company,” he

concludes.

Cleansing Earth of Catastrophic Chemicals

Stating their inspiration behind venturing as a valuable

Agrotech company, the team INDR says it was to try to pay

some of the debt they owe to nature. “We see in our daily

life harmful results of chemicals which they cause to

nature.” Nature and all other living organisms are also

affected by these chemicals. So to prevent the usage of

these harmful chemicals, they have started this venture.

Sharing the USPs that make them stand out as a

transformational company, the team says they have deeply

studied various factors affecting soil and plants and

carefully developed and successfully tested the products.

All products developed are unique, with a different recipe

and guaranteed results. They have designed plant nutrition

management charts as per various stages of plant growth.

Highlighting the initial challenges after venturing into the

field and the challenges now, the team says the country’s

farming community lacks knowledge of using nutrients for

crop production. Farmers are unaware of plant nutrition

management. So in the initial phase, it was very difficult for

Strengthening Agro-Industry Through Enriching Biotech Innovations

he growing population has increased the demand

Tfor food production, which has triggered the farmers

and large-scale producers to use modern

technologies with the latest fertilizers, pesticides and

additives that have maximized crop yield.

However, chemical-based fertilizers and pesticides have

several harmful effects. Like water pollution, air pollution,

soil deterioration, damaging other plants, birds, and animals

and most importantly, affecting humans. It has led to the

need for organic farming and sustainable solutions based on

Biotechnology.

Here nature itself works well in aiding the process of farm

production. Microbial biotechnology can improve the

agroecosystem by employing microorganisms to increase

the soil nutrient content, increase crop productivity,

enhance resistance to specific plant pathogens, and produce

safer herbicides.

Implementing phenomenal innovations of microbial

biotechnology in enhancing agricultural production in a

clean, long-term, healthier and sustainable manner, Kan

Biosys Pvt Ltd has transformed how farmers should look at

creating the best sustainable, natural and highly effective

agricultural production in every crop cycle.

As the Founding Chairperson and Managing Director,

Sandeepa Kanitkar has steered the process of offering

advanced microbial technology from seed to harvest. An

array of selective and efficient strains of microbes are

formulated, using award-winning and patented processes,

into hi-tech products.

The Core Business

Kan Biosys has been working in the research and

development of microbes for over two decades. It offers

advanced microbial technology from seed to harvest.

The company has developed a microbial platform for highyield,

cost-effective, residue-free and responsible,

sustainable farming. Smart Bioplatform is a unique

platform for microbial technologies for sustainable

agriculture. It encompasses using microbes for soil health,

nutrition, and pest and disease management. It is a dynamic

and innovative platform to harness the wonderful properties

of microbes in the best possible manner.

The Key Differentiator

Kan Biosys offers the latest technology solutions to feed the

crops, protect them from pests and diseases and manage soil

fertility from seed to harvest. Kan Biosys has been working

with microbes for over two decades. Efficient strains have

been collected, tested and selected with award-winning and

patented formulation processes into hi-tech products. All

products are registered as bio-fertilizers at FCO [Fertilizer

Control Order] and as pesticides and plant growth

regulators at CIB and RC [Central Insecticides Board and

Registration Committee]. Products are also certified for

organic farming in India, Australia, Turkey and the USA.

Excessive and obsessive use of chemical fertilizers pollutes

our soils and water bodies. The plants use less than 30% of

the applied fertilizers. The rest are leached into water

bodies or fixed as the unavailable form in the soil. This

wasteful expenditure increases the cultivation costs and

pollutes the environment, food and water. Bio-fertility

solutions in the form of bio-fertilizers can supplement

Nitrogen and Phosphorus. PGPR bacteria (Plant Growth

Promoting) improve the growth of plants substantially.

Bio-fertilizers can be used as seed dressers, soil inoculants

and foliar inoculants. Bio-fertilizers can provide 25-30

kg/acre of Nitrogen and 10-15 kg/acre of Phosphorus. Antistress

products can help the plant overcome stress caused

by pests/diseases/herbicides/pesticide/temperature/water.

Soil Nutrient catalyzer can help retain the nutrients around

the rhizosphere and absorption by the plant.

Pest and Disease Management

Crop losses due to pests and diseases are problematic

around the world. More than 30-50% of the yield is lost due

to pests. Chemical pesticides have been able to control

many pests over the past decades. However, toxic residues

in food/water/environment threaten human and animal

health. Chemical pesticides are also rendered inefficient due

to resistance built up in pests. It has necessitated the search

for bio-control agents, bio-pesticides and bio-metabolites.

Bio-pesticides are formulations of entomopathogenic

(killing insects), fungicidal (killing fungi) and

nematophagous (killing nematodes) microbes. Biopesticides

control pests by causing diseases. They are safe

and residue-free with zero pre-harvest intervals. Biopesticides

are used as soil and foliar sprays. For best results,

bio-pesticides are incorporated into the normal package of

practices during farming. The main reason is to create a

sufficient population density of bio-pesticide microbes

which helps reduce unnecessary sprays. For best results,

start early and check for compatibility with chemicals.

Soil Health Management

The key to success is 4R-Recycle, Reactivate, Reclaim and

Reap. Soil is the most vital part of any farming system.

Intensive crop cultivation often compromises soil fertility,

mainly due to excessive use of fertilizers, water and tillage

and the absence of recycling organic matter. Soils having

more than one per cent organic matter have sufficient

nutrient reserves with mobilizing microbes. Organic matter

also buffers against drastic changes and imparts a “biosponge”

effect to the soil.

Organic matter stops chemical fertilisers' leaching,

improving fertilizer use efficiency. The living world in the

form of microbes and small animals is nourished by organic

matter. Soil fertility depends on the soil's physical, chemical

and biological properties. Recycling carbon as compost is

the best sustainable way to maintain soil fertility.

With a scientific approach and

implementing biotechnology solutions,

we help the farmers generate optimum

crop production by the precise

use of water, fertilizers and

natural resources.

Exemplary Leadership

The main driving force of this great organization, Sandeepa,

has been passionate about guiding the team in the research

and development of several products and solutions. They

have impacted sustainably growing agriculture. Her

enthusiasm for bringing in newer technologies and practices

has led her to explore various international platforms,

exhibitions and conferences where she identified new

avenues of collaboration for mutual symbiosis.

Inspired by Nature

Looking at the harmful effects of chemical fertilizers and

pesticides, Sandeepa strongly felt that nature has a solution

to every problem; in this case, it is nature itself. She read

and researched alternate eco-friendly, sustainable

methodologies and offered effective solutions at much more

feasible costs.

Modern technologies have contributed to the research and

development of biotechnologies by developing useful

products from organisms, including microbes, bacteria,

microorganisms, tissues, organs, molecules, and cells.

Tech Transitions

Recent developments in biotechnology include genetically

modified plants and animals, cell therapies and

nanotechnology. DNA technology forms the sequencing,

analysis, and cutting-and-pasting of DNA. Like DNA

sequencing, polymerase chain reaction, DNA cloning, and

gel electrophoresis. Modern biotechnology plays a role in

developments in environmental studies, forensics, farming

and food preparation, medicine and fuel production.

Innovation is in Kan Biosys’ DNA. Its unique SAP-RTD

platform in its DSIR-recognized R&D department has

produced state-of-the-art microbial products formulated by

award-winning technologies.

remember that we are responsible for what we give in

nature.”

Envisaging a Sustainable Symbiotic Future

Sandeepa has envisioned a future of developing affordable

innovation for farmers, maximizing yields, and reducing the

cost of cultivation. “Our efforts focus on creating

responsible cultivation practices with mindful and

accountable production.” It will help create a sustainable

world by producing healthy food through fertile soil, fresh

water and a clean environment.

Sandeepa and Kan Biosys Hall of Fame

The firm is the inventor of Liquid bio-fertilizers for NP and

K supplementation. Novel methods of using microbes on

seed, in the rhizosphere and foliar surfaces provide the

farmer with multiple benefits. Its discovery pipeline can

yield novel microbes for plant nutrition, protection and soil

health management.

Tackling Challenges with Innovation

Sandeepa believes that changing the mindset of the farming

community is very crucial. Most of the farmers are

influenced by the traditional practices of using chemical

fertilizers and pesticides that damage the soil, increase

water pollution and cause health hazards to humans, birds

and animals. With our examples and testimonials of several

farmer groups who have produced surplus crop cycles at

very low investments, they started believing in the

advantages of biotechnological applications through the

power of microbes for agriculture.

Words of Wisdom

Offering her advice to young professionals by adopting an

approach that adopts organic, eco-friendly and sustainable

initiatives., Sandeepa says that to understand the current

conditions, study the concerns of the farmers and the

challenges faced. “With a scientific approach and

implementing biotechnology solutions, you can help the

farmers generate optimum crop production with the proper

use of water, fertilizers and natural resources. Always

Symbolizing Purity with Benchmarks of Quality

Organic foods and herbal products often have more

beneficial nutrients, such as antioxidants, than

their conventionally grown counterparts. People

with allergies to foods, chemicals, or preservatives may find

their symptoms lessen or go away when they eat only

organic foods and use herbal products. Consequently,

organic foods and herbal products are increasingly gaining

popularity because a greater portion of the population wants

to know their benefits.

The general fact is organic foods and herbal products are

healthier than conventional food and care products, and it’s

the primary reason for their increased demand over the past

decade. The choice to consume/use organic/herbal

foods/products is thus a growing trend in the world of

today, following the realization of healthy selfimprovement

needs.

There has been a great demand for natural, herbal, and

organic products in the marketplace. People would love to

purchase them if they are genuine. So, Mr Mathew Joseph

thought of why not start a store and invest in products

where people can buy purely natural and organic spices,

herbs, and herbal beauty products under one store itself.

slowly expand to 3-tier – 2-tier cities with more organic and

natural products on its bucket list.

Furthermore, it aims to participate in more foreign

exhibitions and trade fairs in order to meet new foreign

clients and increase and expand our sales and business

globally.

Apart from this, it ensures faster delivery of its products

and increases customer satisfaction by introducing more

herbal beauty products and setting its footprints at the

global level. “In the next five years, we are also planning to

amalgamate with big investors who would help to reach

Revolu onizing the Security and Telecom Domains with Technova ons

ersonal and professional human progress originated

Pand developed in the modern Technovative

environment. It is now advancing with full steam,

encompassing and transforming every sphere of our daily

life. Digital security and telecommunications are two facets

that emerged as critical factors in the successful lifecycle of

enterprising entities safeguarding our techno-integrated

business lives.

Leading in these domains with a vision to be a world leader

in innovative telecom and security solutions, Matrix

Comsec offers cutting-edge, high-performance telecom and

security solutions to business customers as its professional

mission.

Established in 1991 by Ganesh Jivani, the Chief

Executive Officer (CEO) and Managing Director (MD),

Matix provides world-class Security and Telecom solutions

to meet the requirements of modern times. Matrix has been

offering a comprehensive range of solutions for IP Video

Surveillance, Access Control, Time-Attendance, and

Telecom applications. All these solutions are specifically

designed for large and multi-location enterprises, SMEs,

and SMBs.

Tech-Leveraged Innovations

Matrix leverages technology and innovation to meet

customers' requirements and delight them with the solutions

offered. Mr. Jivani says, “Our commitment is to keep pace

with the revolutions in the Security and Telecom domain.

Reiterating our resolve to bring forth the best solutions for

our customers, 40% of our human resources are dedicated

to researching, designing, and manufacturing new

products.”

Today, it is mission-critical for organizations to control and

manage who has access to their facilities. In this regard,

Matrix offers Access Control and Time-Attendance

solutions to help organizations accomplish this. These

solutions are applicable to both employees and visitors. In

the segment of IP Video Surveillance, the company offers

Video Management Software (VMS), Network Video

Recorders (NVRs), and IP cameras that meet businesses'

security and surveillance concerns.

Matrix’s Telecom Solutions, such as Unified

Communications, IP-PBX, Universal Media Gateways,

VoIP, GSM Gateways, and Communication Endpoints,

ensure seamless communication across multiple locations.

“All solutions provided by us are feature-rich, reliable, and

conform to international standards,” says Mr. Jivani.

A Journey of Leadership Excellence

Sharing his journey, Mr. Jivani says he and his partner had

pursued Computer Science Engineering from the M. S.

University in Vadodara. Mr. Jivani worked as an R&D

Engineer for four years before establishing Matrix. Like

most technology startups, Matrix, too, had a humble

beginning. He informs, “In pursuing our goal to design,

produce and sell our products, we created our first PBX and

began selling it in Gujarat. Over time, we grew our

customer base, employee base, and physical infrastructure.

We increased our product offerings and began

manufacturing a complete range of PBXs and Media

Gateways.”

Mr. Jivani and the team at Matrix kept adding value by

offering more solutions to the same enterprise customers,

which helped them in their growth journey. Most

customers, SIs, and distributors prefer relying on a single

OEM for their Telecom and Security needs. Therefore,

adding physical Security solutions made perfect sense

because this offered adjacencies on three dimensions -

Technologies, Distribution Networks, and Customers.

With this strategy, they added biometric solutions for Time-

Attendance and Access Control applications in 2007.

Having entered the Security domain, adding IP Video

Surveillance was a logical expansion. They started working

on IP Cameras, Network Video Recorders, and Video

Management Systems in 2010.

www.ciolookindia.com (33)

March | 2023

As a result, today, Matrix offers 60+ products in Telecom,

Access Control, Time-Attendance, and IP Video

Surveillance.

Embodying Substance

Sharing Matrix’s USPs that make it stand out as a leading

tech firm, Mr. Jivani says its core business strategy is

centred around value differentiation. They strive to

differentiate themselves in every aspect of their operations,

including product design, manufacturing, marketing, sales,

and support.

He adds, “I can say our core brand value is SUBSTANCE.

We strive to offer substance in everything we do –

technology, applications, functions, features, performance,

flexibility, and support.” At Matrix, their positioning

strategy involves providing customers and partners with

products and services that embody these values to a greater

extent. It requires them to delve deeper into the core of their

offerings rather than simply focusing on surface-level

features.

Another factor that sets them apart is providing end-to-end

support to their customers. Most importantly, Matrix has an

in-house manufacturing unit and R&D Centre to offer quick

turnaround for clients.

Reitera ng our resolve to bring

forth the best solu ons for our

customers, 40% of our human

resources are dedicated to researching,

designing, and manufacturing new products.

The Matrix of Transformation

Being an experienced leader, he shares his opinion on how

technology is transforming the sector and the future

advancements that can be expected. “I have been fortunate

enough to witness first-hand how technology has

transformed the telecom and security sectors over the

years.” He adds that in the domain of Video Surveillance,

one can expect the integration of AI and ML technologies to

provide better insights via technologies like Intelligent

Video Analytics. (IVA) Advancements in Network Video

Recorders will focus on improving storage capacity and

retrieval speeds. Cloud-based solutions that provide greater

flexibility and scalability for businesses of all sizes will also

become very popular.

Matrix’s competitive pricing strategy also helps it attract

customers right from the initial stage.

Stating the initial challenges after venturing into the field

viz-a-viz contemporary challenges, Mr. Jivani says that as

technology is ever-evolving, the product landscape keeps

changing at a challenging pace. “Crunching product life

cycles demand that our R&D delivers first-time-right

products and minimizes design iterations,” he says.

New and emerging competitors try to woo customers with

feature-rich, cost-effective products. A price-sensitive

customer will get lured and opt for such products without

understanding that the quality has been compromised.

The lack of awareness is also an impediment to Matrix’s

growth journey. Today, security products are sold as boxes

without customers knowing the overall business impact and

benefits. Mr. Jivani believes higher customer awareness and

better responsibility by manufacturers and system

integrators would improve customer satisfaction. According

to him, changes in the government buying platform also

impact their business to an extent. Aiming to grow at a

higher rate, a slow economy is also one of the challenges.

In addition, they have also seen significant advancements in

biometric access control devices. These devices have

become increasingly popular as they offer a more secure

and convenient way to manage access to buildings and

other secured areas. With the integration of technologies

like facial recognition and fingerprint scanning, Matrix can

now provide its customers with highly accurate and reliable

access control solutions that are fast and easy to use.

Additionally, they see advancements in anti-spoofing

technology. It will improve the ability of biometric systems

to detect and prevent fraudulent access attempts.

“Ultimately, I believe technology will continue to play a

critical role in transforming our sector. We at Matrix

Comsec are committed to staying at the forefront of these

advancements to provide our customers with the very best,”

he adds.

The Cutting-Edge Future Reach

In his advice to the aspirants willing to venture into their

field, Mr. Jivani says this era is the era of technology. Be

ready to adapt to changes that your customers want. Be

India's Most Valuable Companies Revamping the Future

prepared to adapt to the need of your customers. Your

research team should be highly efficient in doing it faster

than your competitors.

Furthermore, on envisioning scaling Matrix Comsec’s

scope and offerings in the future, Mr Jivani reveals that

Matrix's business is driven by mainly two prime movers:

cutting-edge products and market reach. With this simple

understanding, they focus on creating world-class products

in all four domains. They strongly emphasize research and

development, dedicating significant resources to both the

creation of new products and the improvement of existing

offerings. The Video Surveillance and Access Control

markets are experiencing significant growth. As a more

recent entrant to these markets, Matrix has ample

opportunity for expansion.

They are also building a channel network to expand market

reach and take Matrix to all targeted markets by investing in

marketing, sales, and support. Another area of focus for

them is expanding their global reach. While they currently

have a strong presence in many regions worldwide, they

believe there is still significant potential to grow into

different industry verticals around the globe.

Matrix is also planning to offer a range of products for

private labeling. The products and solutions from an OEM

are normally cost-effective. As the customer partners with

OEMs to manufacture goods in large numbers, both the

price and production time are significantly reduced. By

going for an OEM, one can be sure that the response will be

quicker.

“Lastly, we are working closely with customers to increase

their trust in our products and services,” he adds.

The Success Testament

According to Mr. Jivani, an unequivocal testament to

Matrix’s customer satisfaction is its huge global clientele.

So far, Matrix has earned the trust of more than one million

customers across diverse industry verticals, including BFSI,

Telecom, IT, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Healthcare,

Education, Public Transport, Defense, Government, and

many more.

Regarding its geographical disposition, the company serves

customers in the USA, Canada, Italy, England, Ireland,

The Next-Gen Green Company Fueling

a Sustainable Future

The greatest innovations transform the present to

solve humanity's most pressing problems while

maintaining the forward momentum of the way of

life. Alternative fuels, renewable energy, and sustainable

power sources are now significant steps toward the united

civilized world's zero-carbon goal.

Nonetheless, it will take a long for the general public to

switch to alternative fuels when traditional fuels such as

petrol, diesel, gasoline, and lubricants are readily available

everywhere, even in the remotest areas. Furthermore, while

these green options have their uses, people want to and

prefer to rely on tried and tested customary ways of using

readily available fuels in times of emergency, even though

they contribute to rising levels of pollution, global

warming, and climate crisis by emitting carbon dioxide

from their vehicles.

In this regard, one of the greatest innovations in the

automobile sector has come to our aid. The Most Innovative

Herbal Multifunctional Lubricants and Fuel Additive –

BIO MLEAGER, developed by Shreeniwas Innovations

Private Limited (SIPL), is a revolutionary discovery that

will allow 'Vehicles Emit O2 instead of Co2 - CO2 to O2.'

Yes, you read that correctly.

The BIO MILEAGER was tested at the International

Centre of Automotive Technology (ICAT), by the team

SIPL, led by Prakash Rane, CMD, Deepak Rane, MD,

and Bharat Maheshwari, ED. For this revolutionary

breakthrough, SIPL has been

““

Deepak studied Ayurveda with the assistance of his father,

Shri Prakash Rane. He began working on Bio Additives and

Clean Bio-Fuel Production under Prakash's expert

guidance. Deepak spent three years developing the basic

formulation of a petrol and diesel additive that not only

claims to save up to 40% on fuel but also extends the life of

engines and other vehicle components connected to the

machine.

Deepak worked for another three years to get the precise

formulation and thousands of trials for the perfect formula,

which was ready to use in the market by 2009. SIPL was

founded in 2010 and has since obtained all of the necessary

certifications and patented the product, which thousands of

end users have used. As a result, the product's responsibility

is to be the one and only Herbal Multi-Fuel, Multi-

Functional Bio Additive. Deepak proclaims, "The firm

belief and clear vision to manifest a Clean Earth is no

longer a pipe dream.”

He did not end his mission there. He believed that R&D

should be a daily routine, and he brought more products to

the forefront to benefit from economic fuel conservation for

the nation's growth and to establish a global benchmark for

every country's economic fuel conservation. As a result of

stepping footprints in the "Green Footprint," SIPL marked a

larger scale globally.

The year 2010 began a new era for the company as it

expanded into auto and industrial lubricating oil and

greases. SIPL has since established a comprehensive dealer

and distribution network throughout India, successfully

selling additives, lubricants, and other products.

The following step was the development of waste plastic

into biofuel, which was tested and launched in 2013. This

revolutionary concept converts the threat of waste plastic

contributing to global warming into clean Bio Fuel that

both consumers and large-scale industries can use.

Decarbonizing the Environment

"Our Motto is to transform the earth into a better place

with a future with a cleaner and greener environment with

freshest air," Deepak says. That means eliminating carbon

footprints and the effects of pollution and completely

addressing the problem of global warming.

"We instantly save fuel and reduce emissions by more than

anyone's expectations," Bharat continues. "We have

completely eliminated sulfur from gasoline, which is a

worldwide miracle. In addition, we have reduced Sulfur

from Furnace Oil by more than 50%, which was

previously thought impossible." SIPL is on a mission to

address the following SDG Goals for the benefit of society.

Ÿ

Ÿ

Ÿ

Ÿ

Ÿ

Ÿ

Ÿ

Ÿ

SDG – 03 – Good Health and Well-Being.

SDG – 07 – Affordable and Clean Energy.

SDG – 13 – Climate Change.

SDG – 14 – Production Life Below Water.

SDG – 15 – Life On Land.

SDG – 17 – Partnership's for the Goals.

The Brilliance of Ever-Guiding Light

"Return to nature; it will provide you with numerous

opportunities," says Mr Prakash, who has always believed

that nature has played a significant role in his life. When a

person is connected to nature, GOD comes to help; thus, he

has dedicated his life to connecting with nature through

every work he does and plays a vital role in SIPL's efforts to

connect its products with nature. Being from an Ayurvedic

background, his passion inspired the creation of this

wonderful product, and the company now stands on Mr

Prakash's enlightening values and principles.

'Don't rest; always research and develop something new,'

Deepak believes. He is a Mechanical Engineer who is

constantly working to develop and improve the current

product portfolio, which has helped SIPL become the

world's most sustainable non-competitive company. "We

proudly say that we don't have any competition with all our

range of products that are 100% 'Herbal Ayurveda Based

Products,' 'Made In India,' and for the World," Deepak

insists.

From Warm Regards to Green Rewards, Bharat, an

undergraduate from the small town of Valsad in Gujarat,

has a journey of 30+ years of rich experience working for

Group Companies and MNCs in the field of HR and

Administration as a working professional. He now owns his

own Merchant Exports Business. He has been with SIPL for

ten years. His expertise has helped the company reach new

heights of success.

will be lost? "We have to think about the implications in the

present scenario. We are responsible for the situation we

created in the first place. So, we must all decide and take

the path of the green revolution," he believes.

SIPL also sees this venture as a new way to create Green

Jobs worldwide. The SIPL team, which includes Bharat,

Deepak, and Mr Prakash, believes that the UN and WHO

will be pleased because all SDG solutions are contained in

this 'One Product.' It serves all by providing a simple and

easy way to address all climate change, health, and

employment issues the world is currently facing. "We

believe in 'Socio-Economic Growth' that is clean, green,

sustainable, and holistic," says Bharat.

SIPL invites everyone to work together to make our world a

better place to live by utilizing the unlimited resources

provided by God in an ethical manner that does not harm or

damage Mother Earth further. "By changing #CO2 to O2,

we can transform today's polluted AIR into the CLEANEST

AIR #SHUDH HAWA," Deepak adds.

As previously stated, Deepak developed a herbal fuel

additive yielding moderate results, but Bharat accepted the

challenge to demonstrate an 'Innovative Fuel Saving

Appropriate Usage Technique' in his car and bike. That was

a watershed moment for the product and SIPL. Bharat

discovered that 98.15% of CO2 (Carbon Dioxide) was

reduced, and 80.84% of O2 (Oxygen) was increased. The

discovery was made during the Pandemic times in 2021.

This made the SIPL Team very happy; the rest is history

written in gold letters.

Living in cities is difficult today because air pollution is

everywhere, and waste is dispersed throughout urban

habitats, endangering our health and the environment. As a

result, Bharat travels nationally and internationally to find

the right entrepreneur to help him scale his business. With

the SIPL team constantly looking for new and innovative

products, Bharat found his ideal partner Startup interested

in biodegradable and eco-friendly products. SIPL is capable

of combating climate change and wishes to participate in

resolving issues with COP27, UN, WHO, and SDGs

because the company has products related to this issue.

Providing the Perfect Solution for Pollution

According to Bharat, perfecting solutions and conducting

R&D in renewable energy solutions will take years. Until

then, billions of dollars will be spent, and how many lives

Another leadership personality is Mr Jay Patel, an

academic MCA with vast experience in Technology and

later, to 5000 square feet. That is the swiftest growth a

enable the company to expand,” believes Jigar.

Jalpa Kalariya

While in a concluding wish, Jalpa says, “We desire

to bring our innovations and ideas to a specific

domain and encourage skilled talent in expanding

their career

growth.”

The client relationship, of course, is the last but certainly

not the least of the challenge. Winning clients’ trust and

keeping them was a challenge that could only be overcome

by dedication to them. And this is where TechReale excels,

as shown by their enormous number of satisfied clients.

All Your IT Needs, Fulfilled

Being experienced leaders sharing their opinion on how

technology is transforming the tech sector and what

advancements can be expected in the future, they say that

today, technology is the backbone of the economy. Jalpa

says, “In our opinion, anything can become wireless,

fireless, and tireless, but humanity cannot exist without

technology.”

Making a bridge of technology warriors is therefore

essential for India as they can play a significant role in

advancing the nation where they will work on the project.

“As we can see today, the majority of talents are from India

in various countries at top positions, and that trend will

continue,” says Jigar.

Their advice to the aspirants willing to venture into the tech

field is that budding entrants should decide during the initial

academic phase since they need a solid foundation to do

programming and produce the output. “As a result, we

recommend anyone who wishes to work in the technology

sector to have strong analytical and logical skills and keep

India's Most Valuable Companies Revamping the Future

Winning the Awards of

People’s Hearts with Five-Dimensions Healing

The human soul residing in the human body and the

human consciousness flowing through the human

mind creates a five-dimensional sensory core

underneath the foundation of human health.

The Indian perspective of human psychology stated in the

ancient Upanishad’s Panch Kosha Theory considers the

highly developed potential of human existence in the

physically, socially, and spiritually interconnected comprehensive

system of one’s holistic, sustainable, and wholesome

fitness as the basis of a perfectly healthy human

being.

The imbalance in these five Kosha’s of Physical Sheath

(Annamaya); Life Force Sheath (Pranamaya); Mental

Sheath (Manomaya); Wisdom Sheath (Vijananmaya); and

Bliss Body (Anandmaya) leads to all the psychological and

physiological issues faced by humans.

Healing these five dimensions from 2021 is Wellness Hub

4Me, founded by Shibashis Chakraborty, Founder and

Managing Director.

Fostering Holistic Human Growth

According to him, the five dimensions of the human being

comprise all those areas that contain the potentialities of

men and women. Developing these potentialities translates

into the personal, integral and complete growth of the

human being.

Describing the five Kosha’s Shibashis says,

*Annamaya Kosha (Physical Sheath): is one of the layers

of awareness that veil the Atman–or true self. It is the

sheath of the physical (body) self, the grossest of the five

koshas, named from the fact that it is nourished by food.

Living through this layer, humans identify themselves with

a mass of skin, flesh, fat, bones, and faeces, while the

human of discrimination knows oneself, the only reality

that there is, as distinct from the body. The physical body is

formed from the essence of food. Birth and death are the

attributes of the Annamaya Kosha.

*Pranamaya Kosha (Life Force Sheath): is the second

sheath of the yogic philosophy defining the life force

flowing in the human body. Pranamaya means composed of

prana, the vital principle, the force that vitalizes and holds

together the body and the mind. It pervades the whole

organism. It's one physical manifestation is the breath. As

long as this vital principle exists in the organisms, life

continues. Coupled with the five organs of action, it forms

the vital sheath. In the Vivekachudamani, it is a modification

of vayu or air. It enters into and comes out of the body.

*Manomaya (Mental Sheath): is the mind residing in the

brain, making the third Kosha or mental sheath developing

throughout a human’s time on earth. Manomaya means

composed of manas or mind. The mind, along with the five

sensory organs, constitutes the manomaya kosha. The

manomaya kosha, or "mind-sheath," is said more truly to

approximate personhood than annamaya kosha and

pranamaya kosha. It is the cause of diversity, of ‘I’ and

mine. Adi Shankara likens it to clouds brought in by the

wind and again driven away by the same agency. Similarly,

man's bondage is caused by the mind, and liberation is

caused by that alone.

*Vijananmaya (Wisdom Sheath): The continuous inflow

of knowledge a human being gained and creates one’s

unique perspective about the world and the self is the fourth

Kosha called the wisdom sheath. Vijñānamaya means

composed of vijñāna, or intellect, the faculty which

discriminates, determines or wills. Chattampi Swamikal

defines vijñānamaya as the combination of intellect and the

five sense organs. It is the sheath composed of more

intellection associated with the organs of perception.

the organs of knowledge, forms the cause of man's transmigration.

This knowledge sheath, which seems to be

followed by a reflection of the power of the cit, is a

modification of prakrti. It is endowed with the function of

knowledge and identifies itself with the body, organs etc.

*Anandmaya (Bliss Body) is the fifth and the final layer or

Kosha that decides the eternal bliss erupting through one’s

cosmic reality of consciousness. Anandamaya means

composed of ananda or bliss. It is the subtlest of the five

koshas. In the Upanishads, the sheath is also known as the

causal body. In a deep sleep, when the mind and senses

cease functioning, it still stands between the finite world

and the self. Anandamaya, or that which is composed of

supreme bliss, is regarded as the innermost of all. The bliss

sheath normally has its fullest play during deep sleep: while

in the dreaming and wakeful states, it has only a partial

manifestation. The blissful sheath (anandamaya kosha) is a

reflection of the Atman, which is truth, beauty, and bliss

absolute.
