The Gig in the Garden
Presenting for the very first time … The Gig in the Garden!
A relaxed musical event held within the grounds of Oakhaven
– come along with your ticket, picnic blankets and comfy
chairs to claim your spot amongst the flora and fauna
We have chosen a variety of
sounds to appeal to everyone –
the hardest part will be who to
come and see.
Included in the price is an
individual picnic box, containing
delicious savoury and sweet
items. There is also no need to
worry about liquid refreshments
as a well-stocked fizz bar
containing a selection of alcoholic
and non-alcoholic drinks will be
available.
Join us and make a difference
by simply sitting back in beautiful
surroundings, listening to the
tunes of choice, and enjoying a
tasty picnic with a glass of fizz.

Mother
Ukers
The Mother Ukers are a Ukulele
band performing covers and
original material. Using ukuleles
of all shapes and sizes they take
you on a musical journey through
time and space – songs and
flavours of modern pop, punk,
classic rock, the swinging 60s,
fabulous 50s, the sound and
rhythms of the roaring 20s, all
seasoned with a touch of the
blues in a swamp grass melody.
The Mother Ukers unleash the
power of their humble little four
string ukes and guarantee to
tickle your ears, kiss your soul &
get them feet a tapping!

The Boogie
Bumpers
These are an exciting sevenpiece
vintage swing & jive band,
recreating the music of the
1930s, 40s and 50s. Bringing
the jump blues flavour of Louis
Prima and Louis Jordan, as well
as the swing of Sinatra to your
event. Who doesn’t like dancing?
These skilled and well-rehearsed
musicians provide the tempos to
suit, playing well known dance,
swing, blues, jive and pop tunes
that will have all visitors up and
dancing!

business performing sessions,
fronting bands, and solo work
this dynamite duo decided to get
together to share their love of
Soul, Motown and classic hits –
gaining more and more followers
every time they perform.
