Eat, drink, dance, and enjoy
the festival vibes by the sea!
Oakhaven Hospice is
delighted to be the charity
partner for the Lymington
Seafood Festival this year
14th-16th July 2023
Come along and say hello to us,
and enjoy the atmosphere of the
best festival in Hampshire! We can
guarantee you a fabulous day out
filled with food and fun – pull up
a haybale, slap on the suncream,
and sunshine is guaranteed from
the Oakhaven and festival teams,
if not the weatherman!
Lymington’s original summer
festival is now in its 7th year!
Lymington Seafood Festival
showcases the region’s best
artisan food and drink producers.
The festival offers a fantastic day
out, suitable for all the family,
even well-behaved furry friends
on leads are welcome!
Started by local husband and
wife team Richard and Domine
Nowell to celebrate the diverse
community of fine food producers
in their local area, the festival
offers three days of great food
and drink, live music, and the
opportunity to sit back and relax
or dance the day away! This year
more than 70 local producers
and artisans will be showcasing
their best wares. The festival is
gathering a cult following for its
outstanding live music, with a
main stage and a buskers stage
there is something for all musical
tastes.
Following in the acclaimed
footsteps of Elton John and
Freddie Mercury, this year’s
Saturday night headliner is Niqi
Brown as Tina Turner! Niqi was an
X Factor finalist in 2015 and will
blow you away with her tribute to
the Nutbush Queen!
The festival presents an
outstanding variety of street food
and drink and stalls with cuisine
from around the world, as well as
the best locally sourced seafood.
Sip on a glass of Hattingley Valley
sparkling wine from Winchester,
or a Black Cow vodka and tonic
from Dorset, and enjoy cockle
popcorn, crab tempura, BBQed
fish tacos, or Indian street food.
Up-market craft and art stalls are
also offering a selection of locally
made jewellery, ceramics, and
home furnishings.
Back by popular demand,
pop-up restaurant Bream on The
Green will be serving a range of
delicious seafood dishes including
a surf and turf platter cooked
by local star chef Alex Aitkin of
Harbour Hotels and The Jetty.
The festival organisers have organised an online
