Requirements for assessment<br />
Rolled skills 4 (AU1 and AU2)<br />

If any of these items are missing we will not be able to complete the assessment.<br />
Scope<br />
The candidate will be asked to clean an area of floor 10m2 for each element of the rolled<br />
skill (that includes a corner and an edge). It can be the same 10m2 assuming it is safe<br />
to walk on the floor following any element of the rolled skills that includes the use of a<br />
chemical solution.<br />
Health & Safety Requirements<br />
You will need the following documentation<br />

• Control of Substances Hazardous to<br />
Health (COSHH) assessment and Safety<br />
Data Sheets (SDS)<br />
• Task Risk Assessment (RA)<br />
• Method Statement (MS) or Standard<br />
Operating Procedure (SOP)<br />
• Manufacturer’s operating instructions<br />
Equipment required for assessment<br />
• Warning signs<br />
• Appropriate personal protective<br />
equipment (PPE), as specified by COSHH<br />
assessment and/or task risk assessment<br />
• Rotary machine and attachments<br />
• Circuit breaker (if applicable)<br />
• Cleaning agent<br />
• Colour-coded appropriately labelled<br />
spray bottle<br />
• Measuring apparatus (if applicable)<br />
• Colour-coded cloths
