Intro

Being sick or dealing with chronic disease in our society has

become quite the popular trend these days. A matter of fact so

many people are now sick that its literally become the acceptable

norm! If you’re reading this now you may just be one of those

people, just like I was.

Some people are fine dealing with medications, painkillers, and

surgeries. I wasn’t. I was suffering, plagued with over 15 different

health conditions and desperate for answers.

From auto-immune skin disease to Irritable Bowel Syndrome to

high cholesterol, chest pains & heart palpitations. On my way to

developing full blown heart disease at only 23 years old! All of this

while I was supposedly eating “CLEAN” and exercising 5 days a

week! The whole “Health-care” system seemed more like Sickcare

to me.

I didn’t see people living longer, I saw people dying longer. I felt

helpless and alone.

But I refused to believe that all these modern day chemical

cocktails we call “medicine” were the solution. So I started digging

deep. I studied, researched, and experimented on myself seeking

the deepest truths as I always did. The further I got the simpler

the truth became… what I had discovered blew my mind but it was

something I already knew to be true deep down. We each hold the

innate ability to completely rejuvenate our health and reverse all

dis-ease! I felt this all along, I just needed to be reminded of the

power I always carried within me.

I ended up taking myself from sick and tired to

VIBRANT HEALTH and VITALITY!

After just a few months of experimenting on my body my

psoriasis...GONE! IBS, GONE! High cholesterol, GONE! Acne,

GONE! Anxiety, GONE! The further I got the more my health

improved, it was truly unbelievable and I knew then I was onto

something. Personally I have to experience something to believe it

and for me, the proof was in the pudding. This wasn’t

accomplished with some miracle pill or supplement. This was just

the power of nature and how its always been there when we need

it. The problem is we’re never taught this so we give up our power

believing we don’t have any control and allow our future be

decided by someone else.

Early on in my studies I came to an alarming realization...

Conventional medicine doctors have just been treating the

SYMPTOMS of dis-ease and suppressing them with pills. Never

mess with our health.

This is like if your dog Cooper took a dump on the kitchen floor and

then you threw some newspaper over it, the turd is still there and

it still smells like crap. So then you put a rug over it. Still stinks!

Then you spray some air freshener on it. Still reeks! The solution is

obvious! You’ve got to get rid of the turd if you want that stank to

be gone!

Symptoms aren't the problem! They are simply warning signs from

the body that drastic lifestyle change is needed. Like a change oil

light that comes on in your car.

So what exactly was I doing that took me from this state sickness

to THRIVING?

It’s called DETOX aka DETOXIFICATION!

WTF is Detox?

What the hell is DETOX though? You might be thinking “Isn’t that

like what happens in rehabs?” I assure you this has nothing to do

with drug addiction.

DETOX is the cleansing and removal of all WASTE

WASTE?? Yes, WASTE aka “THE TRASH” which means toxins,

undigested foods, acids, mucus, or parasites in the body. This is

the cause of virtually all our health problems and we’ve got to

up names when they’re all a result of the SAME THING! This crap

has been building up in us since we were born! The average person

carries around 10-15 pounds of waste in their body, some even 60-

the TRASH SYSTEM of the body! It’s 1 of the 2 main fluids in the

organs of filtration and elimination to be tossed out. Our blood

feeds the cells, the lymph system cleans them.

the truck they need make their rounds because it broke down so

now they’re just chillin.

Our lymph fluid is sitting stagnant because of all the waste

biologically FRUIT-EATERS! All you need is some common sense

logic to realize this truth but if you need it, all scientific evidence

also points the same way!

Fruit is the most powerful cleanser which provides us the best way

to TAKE OUT THE TRASH. It’s also the most high energy,

hydrating, electric food on the planet…no other food can compare!

Fruit is KING.

The body thrives off sugar from fruit, it is the main source

of fuel for every cell in the body.

Most people think fruit is just sugar…they must’ve forgotten it

also contains vitamins, minerals, electrolytes, amino acids

(Protein), omega fatty acids, anti-oxidants, fiber, and pure

structured living water! Everything we need in the perfect

amount, nothing we don’t! People are reversing Cancer, Diabetes,

MS, Lyme disease etc. on JUST FRUIT!

It’s the most easily digestible food, absorbing easily into the cells

leaving us energized instead of needing a nap or going into a food

coma like most foods. They’re also super astringent so they help

pull on waste and toxins in the body to drag them out. Fruits are

Almost every food besides fruit is unnatural for our body and

would level up real quick! A fruit meal is not like having a snack, it

won’t be like having one apple. It will be more like having 6-8

apples until your satisfied. You might need more, you might need

less depending on your body. Just make sure to stop once you feel

full or mostly full.

Mono-Meals:

Mono-meals are when you take one type food and eat that

food by itself until your full. For example a mono-meal could

be taking 6 oranges as a meal and eating until you’re

satisfied. Mono-mealing a fruit will provide the best

digestion and the most cleansing. They are truly the way to

go for meals.

Juicy water dense fruits are the most powerful foods for

cleansing and repairing the body.

Eat fruits alone and on an empty stomach.

Acid fruits are the strongest cleansers and alkalizer. Sub-acid

fruits are right behind.

Acid & Sub-Acid fruits can be combined together,

but choosing a single type of fruit and eating it until you’re full

What is fasting? its when we stop eating or drinking anything

except water. This allows the body to get a break from breaking

down food and instead focus its energy on cleansing, repairing,

and regenerating.

The truth is the less we EAT, the less we AGE.

This is why over-eating is so detrimental, because it takes a crap

ton of energy for the body to digest food in general. People

assume you’ll just die if you stop eating because we’ve been

programmed with fear about not eating. Instead, the exact

opposite takes place when we fast.

Forget the bedroom, THIS is where the MAGIC

happens! The body begins to HEAL!

Unfortunately with the ridiculous amounts of toxins we’re exposed to

in modern day living we can’t just jump into a water only fast anymore.

We need to do some cleansing and transitional work to get to that

level. Thats where the fruits and juices help us out big time. These

things allow us to flood the body with nutrients, while giving the best

chance for it to cleanse at the same time!


In the detox protocol we’re going to use INTERMITTENT

FASTING which is periodic cycles of fasting through the day.

This way we can still get some of the benefits of fasting even if

it is short periods of not eating food. Intermittently fasting

means we have an amount of time during the day where food

gets eaten and the rest of the day is spent on only liquids. This

is benificial because naturally we should'nt be grazing all day.

An example would be eating everything between 12pm and

6pm this would be a 6 hour eating window. The rest of the day

we’re on the liquids which is what I recommend in this detox

protocol. If you need to, work your way into it.

The extraordinary benefits of fasting are

something you need to experience for yourself to

believe.

When fasting the sooner you start feeling crappy, the more full

You may have a whole lot more energy when your fasting since its

not being used on digesting food.

Work your way into doing a 24 hour water fast once a week and

watch your health level up! Eventually you can experiment with

longer periods of water fasting which I highly recommend.

Juice fasting or Juice feasting is also another type of fast you can

start to try out for amazing healing benefits

The main goal with detox is ELIMINATION! If we're not eliminating, we're

accumulating. Put aside the whole "nutrition" theory, that's just a group

of humans concepts. What's truly important is how internally clean the

body is, because until it's free of obstructions you won't have the ability to

digest, absorb, and utilize nutrients properly anyway.

It's more about what we take out than what we put in.

Make sure you’re having at least 1-3 good bowel movements a day.

A pure water enema or organic herbal movement formula will come in

handy to keep it movin' as well if you’re not having any. This can help

prevent the reabsorbtion of toxins.


PURE WATER

Our water is straight up nasty no matter where you live. From

environmental pollution and industrial runoff to additives like

chlorine and fluoride, you name it the waters got it. The body is

made up of LIQUID, you need your water to be pure.

We can’t heal in the same environment we got sick in. Get in

an environment thats positive, loving, comfortable, peaceful, and

road less traveled to the greatest levels of health and happiness!

STRESS will kill us quicker than any disease!

Get rid of it at all costs! Do whatever you have to do. All stress

and negative crap (Thoughts, people, places) need to go

otherwise there ain’t no healing going down. That stuff is straight

trash. Stop worrying all the time, everything is going to be fine no

matter what you’re going through now. The power of the mind is

limitless, people have healed off just thoughts alone!

Dressings and sauces will be a big part of flavors for your meals,

look for low fat + oil free plant-based recipes for any kind you enjoy.

The food you are used to eating are most likely more calorie dense so

you’ll need to eat more on a plant-based diet in the beginning.

Plants are more nutrient dense than most standard foods we eat.

FUN FACT:

for detox. The longer the transition the

FOOD COMBINING

Food combining is crucial if you want good digestive health

with proper absorption and utilization of nutrients, the more

simple the better. Improper food combinations lead to gas and

bloat city. Certain foods go well with others and some must be

eaten by themselves.

Don’t eat fruits with vegetables (unless leafy greens)

Eat fruit ALONE and on an empty stomach, wait at least a

few hours after a meal to eat fruit.

Don't eat fruit right after a regular meal, it digests

quicker than any food and will lead to fermentation

Don’t mix Proteins with Starches.

eat high amounts of protein or fat.

What's gonna happen?!

Your tongue might have a thick white coat of slime covering it

in the morning. This is mucus being thrown out and a reflection

of the state of your stomach. Buy a tongue scraper and clean

that nastiness off everyday when you wake up.

THE SKINNY PHASE:

You may find yourself losing a good amount of weight. This is because the

body is breaking down weak cells before it rebuilds with brand new healthy

strong cells.

The thing is you're not actually losing weight, you're losing

WASTE!

For example… If you had a house that just a had a fire and was straight

trashed. You wouldn’t just build a new house using that raggedy ass

structure, would you?

NOPE. You’ve gotta knock that thing the hell down and

build off a brand new solid secure foundation.You're body

is a master architect constructing a master design.

So you might look like poop on a stick for a short period of time. People will

tell you it doesn’t work or “its making you sick." It's because they really

just don’t understand how detox and the body works.

Everyone has to go through this depending on the amount of garbage that

persons wobbling around with. This is called the "skinny phase" and it will

repeat until the body is done repairing. Whatever weight is necessary will

come back on when rebuilding phase begins.


I GET SO EMOTIONAL BABY:

Old suppressed emotions from past experiences or traumas

will be brought to the surface. Emotions get stored in the body

as a physical thing. You're tense right now and you don't even

know it, take a long deep BREATH & RELAX. When we try to

suppress, numb, and runaway from these emotions dis-ease

can begin to form. These come up with nowhere to hide so you

have to deal with them, be with them, and release them from

your life. This is another form of waste obstructing the body

whether you know it or not.

We use food, drinks, and drugs as stimulants to suppress all

our feelings that we don't want to feel but they need to be

dealt with. This is one of the most difficult parts of detox but

there’s no way around it. As much as we cleanse the body,

we’ve gotta cleanse the mind as well.

LET GO of anger, sadness, resentment, guilt, fear

and other negative feelings. They are poison in the

body!

So address all of them, fully feel them and release any feelings

that don’t serve you and help you live ya best damn life! The

power of the mind is limitless, people have healed off just

thoughts alone!

Maintenance

There are over 8.7 million species on this planet. They

all have one thing in common…

they all eat RAW FOOD.

Humans are the only species that cooks their food and

ironically the only species that suffers from the

degenerative diseases (unless from environmental

pollutants or a domestic animal). This is primarily because

we don’t follow the laws of nature. Every species has a

specific diet. They don't wonder what they should eat or if

they got enough "protein" and they always eat their food

in its RAW LIVING STATE.

When we cook food we alter the structure of that food. We

destroy the life force, minerals, enzymes, and other nutrients

contained inside. The body no longer recognizes it because it only

recognizes things the way they are found in nature. So it basically

see’s cooked food as foreign matter! This takes a lot more energy

for the body to counteract and break down. After you eat a cooked

meal you probably feel like its nap-time. This doesn’t happen when

we eat the proper foods in their RAW state.

LIVING FOODS give us life force and energy our

cells need to thrive!

EAT LIFE = GET LIFE, EAT DEATH = GET DEATH

So with all that in mind and also knowing undoubtedly that we

are Frugivores. The most ideal and beneficial thing for us to

continue on after we're done rebuilding is a RAW LIVING

FOODS FRUIT-BASED DIET . This “diet” which is actually just a

way of life consists of at least 80% raw fruit and 20% leafy

green non-starchy vegetables. With fresh herbs, sprouts, and a

small amount of nuts & seeds if any at all.


A diet like this will provide us with consistent energy throughout

the day and happy as a pig in mud keeping us forever young!

This is the FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH!

This diet can even help us detox daily. Pre-cleansing and detox will

be an essential part of getting this point. Where the body once

again thrives on its species-specific diet. You have to understand

that we're in the process of undoing generations of degeneration!

Every nutrient our body needs for the highest levels of health is

found in these foods. Yep you heard that right, even amino acids

aka PROTEIN!

The question is, have you cleansed and detoxed the

body enough so that you can even properly digest,

absorb, utilize, and eliminate nutrients? We all have

different levels of damage we need to repair.

On a Plant-based diet we don’t have to count calories or starve.

It’s a beautiful stress free thing. Eat when you’re hungry until

you’re full, but know that we can't fully trust the body's messages

until the trash is gone. I highly recommend incorporating

intermittent fasting into your maintenance diet. While having a 4-

8 hour window of eating foods while the rest of the time on liquids,

this can give you the best results.

Not everyone is going to be ready for an all raw foods

diet, so dont stress yourself out. If you’re not quite

there yet try to shoot for a whole foods plant-based

diet. While doing your best to limit or avoid all the

things on the NO NO’s list. Try to eat as many foods

raw as you can and when you cook steam them lightly

instead of heating the crap out of them. Being healthy

AND happy is what's most important.

It’s not that having some things on the No No's list every now and

again is gonna kill you. They just aren’t optimal human foods and

they can bring back the old symptoms you were dealing with

before you started cleansing. Now who wants any of that?? But

have some fun and play around with it. Due to

severe levels of degeneration and toxicity some people may have

to rely on more grounding foods like the vegetables, starches,

grains, and fats.



4. Soak it up

The SUN gives life to every single thing on this planet, we are

creatures of the sun! Bask in it's glory.

Get in the SUN at least 30 minutes to 1 hour with 3/4 of the body

exposed (Naked if you can) .You’re not gonna get vitamin D in a

sweatshirt and golf pants.

What goes on the skin, goes in the bloodstream...Sunscreens are

straight up toxic. Throw them away! Use coconut oil or shea butter

Sunglasses prevent the sun from entering the eyes and activating

the skin for absorbtion. #Garbage

DON’T BURN, avoid over-exposure and work up a tolerance to

sunlight slowly because you’ve probably been living like a bear in a

cave.

On an alkaline living foods diet you’ll find you can handle more fun in

the sun without burning!

5. Move it or Lose it, Sister!

Do LIGHT exercise daily like walking, stretching, yoga, or get a

rebounding trampoline and bounce on that thing for 20 min IF you

have the energy. If you are tired then REST.

No high intensity exercise during detox, we want the body focusing

on breaking down dead waste and weak damaged cells, NOT rebuilding

muscle.

Continue high intensity training during transition & post-detox

(Rebuilding + Maintenance) phase once you have the energy.

Movement activates the lymphatic system so it can start dumping

waste.

6. Everybody FREEZE!

Take cold showers and use ice baths, wake them cells up! FEEL

ALIVE! Boost your mood, lymph and boost your immune system!

Jump into a cold lake, waterfall, ocean, or a non-chlorinated pool.


7. Connect with ya Motha!

Make contact with mother earth barefoot like you did when you

were a little kid and absorb those electrons!

This is called “Grounding” or “Earthing” Do it daily 15-30 min.

It’s a powerful anti-inflammatory.

The best surfaces to ground on are dirt and sand.

We were never supposed to be in shoes all day. Rubber soles

disconnect us from the earths electromagnetic field. Which helps

restore and maintain balance in the body.

8. Rewire Your Noggin

REGENERATE and RE-AWAKEN your mind through MEDITATION.

Calm down the modern day madness that surrounds us.

Meditate for 30-60 min daily.

This takes practice just like learning anything, its tough in the

beginning but its all worth it for the way you’ll feel.

Have questions about life? Deep meditation will bring you the

answers. Transcendental or Kundalini are my go-to's. Start with

some guided ones on Youtube.

9. Spa Day?

Get someone who’s really good at rubbing humans to rub you. It

feels good and it helps get that lymph system movin’ and groovin’.

You can also rub yourself.(get your mind out of the gutter.) Selfbody

massages will save you some money if you don’t have it.

SLow down there speed racer!

If detox becomes too intense and you want to slow down or halt

it, there are different foods we can use to get it done…

HAVE FUN with your health journey: This is a big lifestyle change.

You’re working towards a happier, healthier life, and becoming the

greatest version of YOU.

EASE YOUR WAY IN: Ease into detox but push your limits! You’re

gonna have to step outside your comfort zone and fears if you want

the results.

DO NOT OVEREAT! This is the WORST thing you can do! Breathe,

eat slowly, be conscious and in the present moment with every bite.

Eat only when you’re hungry & stop when you’re satisfied while you

still have energy.

Stay satisfied: Stay full to help keep the cravings and emotional

eating at bay. When we are getting intense hunger cravings we will

go for whatever is around.

Bring food wherever you travel: If we have food accessible

whenever it is desired it makes it much easier to stay on track.

Preparation is key and luckily fruit is the original "Fast Food."

Keep the junk food out of reach: If there’s no junk food around, we

won’t even have a choice to eat it when those hellish cravings kick

in.

Keep it simple: Simplicity is key, the body thrives off simple foods.

Eating should be an easy task, not 12 different foods in a fiesta

bowl.

Slow and steady wins the race: (Unless you have a life-ending

illness) Regaining or obtaining optimal health is not a race. Take it

step by step and go at a pace that feels comfortable to you. We

don’t lose health overnight and we cannot create it overnight

either. This takes time but you will see plenty of improvements on

the way that will keep you motivated and focused on your goals.


TIPZ & TRIX

Practice for an improved lifestyle not a perfect one: Do not expect

or try to be perfect. Perfection doesn’t exist. This is about making

strides to improve your health and life. Try to maintain a certain

amount of self-discipline, but do not be hard or get down on

yourself for not being exactly where you want.

Push through the Healing crisis: You will experience cold and flu

symptoms as a result of the body releasing decades of

accumulated waste and excess mucus. Although unpleasant this is

a GOOD SIGN you’re doing something right. THIS IS WHAT YOU

WANT. YOU MUST GET SICK BEFORE YOU GET HEALTHY. Push

through this because the other side of this is drastically improved

health and happiness. You’re on the right path. Enjoy the ride!

This is an investment in YOU: Your health is the greatest

investment you could ever make. Don’t put a price on your worth,

you are PRICELESS! If this is too “expensive” for you, health is not

your priority.

Find flavors or recipes you love: Try all new types of dishes. You will

discover delicious new foods you never knew existed. These will

also become staples to incorporate in your diet that you look

forward to consuming daily or weekly) For **Transition &

Maintenance** phase.

MEDICATIONS: If you’re on meds you’ll want a doctor to eventually

help you slowly ween off, preferably a holistic one. Be aware

though, most doctors have zero knowledge on true detoxification

and natural healing.

Water Enemas: are one of the best ways to ease detox symptoms.

You can use them periodically during the detox. Be sure to use an

actual enema kit, not the ones with the toxic solutions you buy from

the convenience store. If you're not down for that option, you can

also use an organic herbal bowel movement forumula.


ITS BEEN REAL...

To sum up this entire detox protocol in the simplest way without

all the meticulous detail…It’s 2 GREEN JUICES and 2 FRUIT

MEALS per day. Repeat this detox protocol over and over again

with for longer periods of time until you get the results you’re

looking for! Doing seasonal detoxes is one good way to plan out

you cleanses or you may just feel so damn good on it, you do it

forever!

I applaud and commend your courage and determination that so

few find within themselves to do the work of healing. If you are

sick, know that you don’t have to be! Detox is some hard ass work,

but it is a labor of loving yourself! Nothing worth having comes

easy and the rewards we receive are well worth the trek. As far as

I’m concerned nothing is as rewarding as cleansing the body and

reaching the highest levels of health. Your body is the most

advanced mechanism on the planet, give it some credit and trust

that it knows what its doing!

Also understand 99% of people have zero clue about what true

health, healing, or a proper diet for humans is. So don’t take it

personal when someone calls you crazy for cleaning your body and

eating the most nutritious foods on the planet! Be the walking

example of whats possible so we can change the world and soon

they’ll be asking you what your secret is! None of these words

matter until you put them into practice and experience them for

yourself! (Apologies for the excessive amounts of exclamation

points, I’m too damn passionate about helping people heal! Not

yelling, I’m just as excited as a little boy getting a balloon bicycle!)
