Use the QUERY GATEWAY comm<strong>and</strong> to display information about the system <strong>and</strong><br />

APPC/<strong>VM</strong> VTAM Support (AVS) gateways defined in the Communication Services<br />

(CS) collection. Each domain controller in the CS collection identifies a system<br />

gateway that can be used by programs, in the domain of the local <strong>VM</strong> domain<br />

controller, to connect to <strong>and</strong> from programs in remote domains.<br />

ALL<br />

Displays information for all of the defined system gateways <strong>and</strong> AVS gateways.<br />

gateid<br />

Displays information for the specified system gateway or AVS gateway.<br />

Nodeid nodeid<br />

Displays information about gateways owned by nodeid.<br />

Userid userid<br />

Displays information about gateways owned by userid on the local <strong>VM</strong> domain<br />

controller.<br />

Response 1:<br />

Gateway: gateid Owning Nodeid: nodeid [via tnode]<br />

gateid<br />

Specifies the name of the gateway known in the CS collection.<br />

nodeid<br />

Specifies the node ID of the system in the CS collection that owns the gateway.<br />

tnode<br />

Specifies the node through which the gateid is known.<br />
