1 The userid variable is not permitted for privilege class G.<br />

Privilege Class: A, C, E, <strong>and</strong> G<br />

Use QUERY D8ONECMD to determine the D8ONECMD settings for your own<br />

virtual machine or another user’s virtual machine.<br />

* indicates that you wish to display your own virtual machine’s D8ONECMD<br />

settings. * is the default.<br />

userid<br />

is the user ID of the virtual machine for which you want to display the<br />

D8ONECMD settings.<br />

1. The initial D8ONECMD settings for your virtual machine are determined by<br />

options set in your user directory entry.<br />

2. You can use the class G SET D8ONECMD comm<strong>and</strong> to change your<br />

D8ONECMD settings. You can use the class A SET D8ONECMD comm<strong>and</strong> to<br />

change another virtual machine’s D8ONECMD settings. For more information,<br />

see “SET D8ONECMD” on page 1234.<br />

If you enter QUERY D8ONECMD, you receive one of the following responses:<br />

Response 1:<br />

userid can enter multiple comm<strong>and</strong>s with a DIAGNOSE X’08’.<br />

This setting is locked against changes.<br />

userid<br />

represents the user ID whose D8ONECMD settings are being displayed.<br />

This response indicates that you can process a DIAGNOSE code X'08' containing<br />

multiple <strong>CP</strong> comm<strong>and</strong>s with no restrictions. The second line of the response<br />

indicates that only a privileged user who is also not the comm<strong>and</strong> issuer can<br />

change the settings.<br />
