Use LOCATE SNABK to display the addresses of the system SNA control block <strong>and</strong><br />

its associated control blocks.<br />

netname.<br />

is the network qualifier of the fully qualified logical unit name (netname.luname).<br />

The period is used to delimit the network name from the luname. This tells <strong>CP</strong><br />

to locate the control blocks for only those terminal names that match this<br />

pattern.<br />

luname<br />

tells <strong>CP</strong> to locate the control blocks for only those terminal names that match<br />

this pattern.<br />

VSM<br />

tells <strong>CP</strong> to display the addresses for those SNA control blocks under the control<br />

of any VTAM Service Machine whose user ID matches the pattern userid.<br />

userid<br />

tells <strong>CP</strong> to locate the SNABK entries for the user ID or user ID pattern<br />

specified. For more information on user ID patterns, see Usage Note 1.<br />

* tells <strong>CP</strong> to locate the SNABK entries for your user ID.<br />

1. Pattern matching follows the rules used by the CMS LISTFILE comm<strong>and</strong>. Use<br />

an asterisk (*) to match any number of characters; use a percent symbol (%) to<br />

match any single character.<br />

2. Blanks are not permitted between the netname, ., <strong>and</strong> luname.<br />

3. Network qualifiers, if they exist will be displayed only if a netname is specified.<br />

4. Multiple responses can occur with the same luname when a netname. is not<br />

specified <strong>and</strong> one or more VSMs support network qualified names.<br />
