Use LOCATE CMDBK to display the real address of the <strong>CP</strong> comm<strong>and</strong> table entry<br />

block for a specified <strong>CP</strong> comm<strong>and</strong>.<br />

comm<strong>and</strong><br />

tells <strong>CP</strong> to locate the comm<strong>and</strong> table entry blocks for the specified <strong>CP</strong><br />

comm<strong>and</strong>. The variable comm<strong>and</strong> is any valid <strong>CP</strong> comm<strong>and</strong>, any valid<br />

abbreviation of that comm<strong>and</strong>, or any character string (including the pattern<br />

matching characters, * <strong>and</strong> %) representing that comm<strong>and</strong>. For more<br />

information about minimum abbreviations, see Usage Note 2 on page 529.<br />

Query<br />

tells <strong>CP</strong> to locate the comm<strong>and</strong> table entry blocks for the root <strong>CP</strong> QUERY<br />

comm<strong>and</strong>. To locate the comm<strong>and</strong> table entry blocks for a specific QUERY<br />

subcomm<strong>and</strong>, specify the SUBCMD oper<strong>and</strong>.<br />

Virtual<br />

tells <strong>CP</strong> that you are locating a QUERY VIRTUAL subcomm<strong>and</strong>.<br />

SUBCmd subcomm<strong>and</strong><br />

specifies the name of the QUERY or SET subcomm<strong>and</strong> whose comm<strong>and</strong> table<br />

entry blocks you want to locate. The variable subcomm<strong>and</strong> is any valid QUERY<br />

or SET subcomm<strong>and</strong>, any valid abbreviation of that subcomm<strong>and</strong>, or any<br />

character string (including the pattern matching characters, * <strong>and</strong> %)<br />

representing that subcomm<strong>and</strong>. For more information about minimum<br />

abbreviations, see Usage Note 2 on page 529.<br />

Set<br />

tells <strong>CP</strong> to locate the comm<strong>and</strong> table entry blocks for the root <strong>CP</strong> SET<br />

comm<strong>and</strong>. To locate the comm<strong>and</strong> table entry blocks for a specific SET<br />

subcomm<strong>and</strong>, specify the SUBCMD oper<strong>and</strong>.<br />

<strong>IBM</strong>class *<br />

specifies that you want to find the comm<strong>and</strong> table entry blocks for all the <strong>IBM</strong><br />

classes associated with the specified <strong>CP</strong> comm<strong>and</strong>. If omitted, <strong>IBM</strong>CLASS * is<br />

the default.<br />

specifies that you only want to find the comm<strong>and</strong> table entry blocks for the<br />
