Use DUMP PSWG to send the program status word of your z/Architecture virtual<br />

machine to your virtual printer.<br />

dumps the current values <strong>and</strong> appropriate interrupt information for the current<br />

PSW <strong>and</strong> all old <strong>and</strong> new interrupt PSWs (except restart).<br />

dumps the current values <strong>and</strong> appropriate interruption information for both the<br />

new <strong>and</strong> old PSWs specified—that is, SVC, program check, machine check,<br />

identifies a 1- to 80-character string that is to be assigned to the dump. If<br />

specified, *dumpid must be the last oper<strong>and</strong> you enter on the comm<strong>and</strong> line.<br />

1. To dump the PSW for an ESA/390 or ESA/XC virtual machine, use the DUMP<br />

PSW comm<strong>and</strong>.<br />

The response to all DUMP options is ″Comm<strong>and</strong> complete″. What follows is a<br />

description of the dump information in the generated print file.<br />
