To define a virtual crypto facility for <strong>CP</strong>U 1, enter:<br />

To define virtual crypto facilities for <strong>CP</strong>Us 2 <strong>and</strong> 3, enter:<br />

To define virtual crypto facilities for <strong>CP</strong>Us 4 <strong>and</strong> 7, enter:<br />

Crypto Facility nn defined<br />

nn is the virtual <strong>CP</strong>U address on which the virtual crypto facility has been defined.<br />

Response 2:<br />

All Crypto Facilities already defined<br />

is displayed when DEFINE CRYPTO is issued <strong>and</strong> the maximum of two<br />

cryptographic facilities are already defined for your virtual configuration.<br />

The third line is displayed for each virtual <strong>CP</strong>U that has a virtual crypto facility<br />

defined <strong>and</strong> may be accompanied by a message (see “Usage Notes”).<br />

This response is displayed when no crypto facilities are defined.<br />

crypto address already exists.<br />

no real crypto facility is installed.<br />
