Use SET WNG to control the display of WARNING comm<strong>and</strong> messages. The initial<br />

setting for WARNING is installation dependent <strong>and</strong> is defined in the system<br />

configuration file.<br />

ON<br />

OFF<br />

determines whether warning messages are shown on your display screen. If<br />

you specify ON, all messages sent using the WARNING comm<strong>and</strong> are<br />

displayed. If you specify OFF, no warning messages are received.<br />

IUCV<br />

specifies that warnings are to be passed to the virtual machine through IUCV if<br />

a connection to the message system service exists. If no IUCV connection<br />

exists, the message is h<strong>and</strong>led as if SET WNG ON had been issued.<br />
