HCP002E Invalid operand - operand
Use SET SIGNAL to set default guest signal timeout interval values if no explicit
interval is specified.
SHUTDOWNtime interval
is the duration in seconds that a guest is allowed to process a shutdown signal.
This value, when greater than 0, is used as the default guest timeout interval for
the SIGNAL, FORCE, and SHUTDOWN commands, otherwise there is no
default. The interval may range from 0 to 32767 seconds.

If you specify 0, no signal is sent to the guest when a FORCE or SHUTDOWN
command is issued. The SIGNAL command requires an additional value to
send a shutdown signal to the guest. If you specify 1 to 32767, this value will
be used as the default timeout interval for these commands. See “SHUTDOWN”
on page 1433 for additional information.
