Use SET <strong>CP</strong>TRACE to activate or deactivate the trace function for real machine<br />

events. (Trace information is logged in trace tables.)<br />

<strong>CP</strong>TRace<br />

enables or disables tracing of real machine events in the <strong>CP</strong> trace tables.<br />

NONSPECIFIC<br />

indicates that the specified tracing applies to all virtual machines not specifically<br />

set or named by a previous SET <strong>CP</strong>TRACE comm<strong>and</strong>. This is the default. All<br />

virtual machines begin in the NONSPECIFIC group. All members of the<br />

NONSPECIFIC group have the same codes traced.<br />

specifies the target for the subsequent tracing changes.<br />

SPECIFIC indicates that the specified tracing applies only to those virtual<br />

machines specifically set or named by a previous SET <strong>CP</strong>TRACE comm<strong>and</strong>.<br />

Members of the SPECIFIC group may each have a unique set of codes traced.<br />
