1 You can specify the oper<strong>and</strong>s in any order, as long as ALL is the first oper<strong>and</strong> specified.<br />

Use QUERY VSWITCH to display information about the designated Virtual Switch,<br />

or all Virtual Switches.<br />

A class G user can view information about a Virtual Switch if the user is in the <strong>CP</strong><br />

access list for the Virtual Switch, or if the user currently has an adapter connected<br />

to it.<br />

A class B user can view information about any Virtual Switch in the system.<br />

ALL<br />

displays information for all possible Virtual Switches. This is the default value<br />

when an explicit NAME switchname is omitted.<br />

NAME switchname<br />

restricts the response to the Virtual Switch with the specified switchname.<br />

ACTive<br />

displays information about each active connection. Each active connection<br />

represents a simulated Network Interface Card (NIC) that has been connected<br />

to the Virtual Switch. The information displayed includes:<br />

v Identity of the Virtual Switch.<br />

1140 z/<strong>VM</strong>: <strong>CP</strong> <strong>Comm<strong>and</strong>s</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>Utilities</strong> <strong>Reference</strong><br />

v The list of users connected to each Virtual Switch, including the VLAN IDs<br />

each is authorized to use.<br />

v IP addresses registered to the adapter.<br />

ACCesslist<br />

displays a list of users who are authorized to connect to each Virtual Switch<br />

with a simulated network adapter.<br />

Note: This is the list authorized through the use of the SET VSWITCH<br />

comm<strong>and</strong> using the GRANT <strong>and</strong> REVOKE oper<strong>and</strong>s. If the Virtual<br />
