Use QUERY USERID to identify the user <strong>and</strong> the system of a user display.<br />

USERID<br />

displays the user ID <strong>and</strong> device address of the user logged onto the display<br />

from which the QUERY USERID comm<strong>and</strong> is entered.<br />

userid<br />

displays the userid <strong>and</strong> device address of the user specified in the QUERY<br />

userid comm<strong>and</strong>.<br />

EXTended<br />

specifies that logical unit network qualifiers or logical device host names <strong>and</strong><br />

associated IP addresses are displayed, if available.<br />

AT ALL<br />

displays the USERID <strong>and</strong> DEVICE address for the userid specified on the<br />

comm<strong>and</strong> line on all systems in the CSE complex.<br />

AT sysname<br />

displays the USERID <strong>and</strong> DEVICE address for the userid specified on the<br />

comm<strong>and</strong> line for system sysname.<br />

1. In a CSE complex, the default for the QUERY userid comm<strong>and</strong> is AT ALL unless<br />

the comm<strong>and</strong> issuer or userid is in a CSE exclusion list.<br />

2. If CSE is active, this comm<strong>and</strong> issues responses for all systems in the CSE<br />

complex. The responses are displayed in the order they are received.<br />

Response 1:<br />

userid [AT sysid]<br />

sysid<br />

identifies the system. The 1- to 8-character name is assigned by the system<br />

programmer. If no name has been assigned to the system being used, this field<br />

is omitted.<br />
