Privilege Class: A, C, E, G<br />

Use QUERY TRSAVE to display the destination of traces defined by TRSOURCE,<br />

or to display the status of traces controlled by SET <strong>CP</strong>TRACE.<br />

ALL<br />

displays the status of all active TRSAVE functions, or indicates that there are no<br />

active functions.<br />

<strong>CP</strong><br />

<strong>CP</strong><br />

ID<br />

displays the status of TRSAVE activity for <strong>CP</strong> system tracing. This option is<br />

allowed only for class A, C, <strong>and</strong> E users.<br />

FRAMES<br />

displays the number of frames allocated from the system dynamic paging area<br />

for active DEFERIO traces <strong>and</strong> for DEFERIO <strong>CP</strong> system tracing <strong>and</strong> displays<br />

the number of pageable pages in the system dynamic paging area that are still<br />

eligible for DEFERIO traces.<br />

ID traceid<br />

displays the status of TRSAVE activity for the specified trace ID.<br />

1. For class G users, QUERY TRSAVE displays the destination of data derived<br />

from the trace or traces for that user’s virtual machine.<br />

2. For class A, C, or E users, QUERY TRSAVE displays the status of any TRSAVE<br />

activity.<br />

activity resulting from a TRSOURCE ID traceid comm<strong>and</strong>.<br />
