The abundant plant life at Tropicana Golf & Country Resort
(“TGCR”), which spans an area of 625-acres, contributes to the
preservation of the environment in a number of ways, including
the absorption and filtration of rain, the reduction of noise
pollution, and the creation of an environment that is conducive
to the survival of wildlife.
The resort is filled with plants and flowers of all sizes and colours,
which together make for a beautiful and calming setting.
Plants such as the Malaysian sakura, frangipani, water lilies,
bougainvilleas, red flames, coconut trees, and forget-me-nots are
just some of the many that decorate the resort grounds.
A large portion of these plants are of the flowering variety, which
befits the Tropicana image. Beautiful blooms can be seen during
the dry months of February and March, as well as July and August.
