a single working step, to ensure safety for both

Fast and easy method for Liquid-Based Cytology 

preparation with no need of any other instrument 

CP350 

The CytoPath ® – Easy is a liquid-based 

cytology procedure for the liquid-based 

preparation Gyn and Non-gyn cytology 

specimens. The process is based on gravity 

sedimentation. 

The device is composed of a specially 

designed vial with a cap seal press lined to 

be placed directly over the cytology slide 

(GP09040). This method is a replacement 

of the conventional Pap smear preparation 

method used in cervical cancer screening 

as it does not require any instrumentation 

for sample processing, which is performed 

manually. 


MANUAL

preparation, both for gyn and 

non-gyn samples. 

THIN LAYER SPOT 

The process is simply based 

on settling by gravity and
