3. Select Quality Tools > Normal in the pull-down menu under the Stat
command menu.
4. Select Capability Analysis from the Control Charts command menu.
5. Click on Normal (or the distribution of the process characteristic) from the
Capability Analysis command menu. The dialog box entitled Capability Analysis
(Normal Distribution) shown in Figure B.17 appears immediately.
