Histogram. First enter the data in one or more columns of the worksheet depending

on whether you have data on one or more variables. For each variable use only

one column. Then use the menu command Graph > Histogram. This prompts

a dialog box entitled Histograms to appear, which has four different options to

choose from. Choose the desired option and then click OK. For example, choose

Solution:

Use the following steps to draw any one of the graphs listed in the pull-down menu

available under the Graph menu.

1. Enter the data in column C1 of the data window.

2. Select Graph from the command menu.

3. Click Histogram in the pull-down menus available under the Graph

command menu.

4. Enter C1 into the Graph Variables box and click OK.

5. The Minitab output will appear in the graph window as shown in Figure B.5.
