The hospitals within CALHN are The Queen Elizabeth Hospital and the Royal<br />

Adelaide Hospital. Other sites and services include Hampstead Rehabilitation<br />

Hospital, Glenside Hospital, and a range of sub-acute and primary health care<br />

services and state-wide services. Currently there are rotations to Women’s and<br />

Children’s Hospital Network (WCHN), Port Augusta Hospital and GP rotations to<br />

Jamestown, Port Lincoln and Waikerie.<br />

BASIC INFORMATION<br />

The Queen Elizabeth Hospital is a 311-bed, acute care teaching hospital that<br />

provides inpatient, outpatient, emergency and mental health services to a<br />

population of more than 250,000 people living primarily in Adelaide’s western<br />

suburbs. TQEH is currently undergoing redevelopment. The hospital is located in<br />

the western suburbs of Adelaide, is 15 mins via Port Road to the Royal Adelaide<br />

Hospital and is easily accessible by public transport with buses and trains nearby.<br />

Car parking is available on site, in addition to ample street parking.<br />

Royal Adelaide Hospital is an 800-bed hospital providing a comprehensive range of
