MY FEELING
I think this season has been the most
difficult since biathlon has been a
part of my life.
I was worn out throughout my
season, both physically and mentally,
and everything was very challenging
for me.
But despite everything, it was the
most emotional season for me!
Here is a summary of my
preparation and my winter
2022-2023
MY PREPARATION
Overall, my preparation went well. I managed to keep
up with the rhythm of the training courses, with
recovery at the right time. But all this without any
great burst of form.
The first Summer Tour, in Prémanon, was a real
fiasco, I didn't give up because I enjoyed fighting
against myself, but I admit that I thought about it. It
was after that that I learned that I had had
mononucleosis during the summer.
The autumn passed very quickly with training
courses and a lot of work.

A WINTER OF
MIXED FEELINGS
T
he winter was rich in
emotions with tears
of sadness but also of
joy...
The beginning of the winter is marked by the
selections, which are always very important for the
rest of the season and therefore an objective.
For me it was another negative shock because I
couldn't do anything, I really felt a sense of
helplessness in these first races of the season.
I realised very quickly that I could not be at my level
in skiing this season. It was very hard to digest but
the mononucleosis clearly affected my form
throughout the season. So I chose to focus on the
quality of my shooting. The rest of the season was
therefore marked by irregular results and feelings.

have fun on the skis and behind the rifle. I never lost my
motivation either.
And it paid off, I finished my season as vice champion of
France, in Bessans. A race on which I took incredible
pleasure before letting emotions take over me after the
finish line.
I would like to end this report by thanking all my
partners for their support this season. In addition to
being indispensable to the progress of my season, you
are also a significant source of motivation in difficult
moments and that counts a lot.
