Morning Break
As part of the government fruit scheme all children under the age of 7 are
entitled to a free piece of fruit and until the age of 5 your child is entitled to
free milk. This is prepared daily by the school cook and all children are
encouraged to select a piece of fruit during morning break. You can also send
your child to school with a healthy snack, but please do not send chocolate,
biscuits, sweets or crisps.
As an alternative, the school cook sells toast from the canteen at morning
break time. This is ordered in class each morning and paid via ParentPay.
Toast is priced at 25p.
Illness
If your child is unwell and unable to come to school please ring
and let us know on the first day of absence before 9.30am.
If your child falls ill during the school time we will contact you
immediately. Please ensure that we have a number where you can
be reached.
