No. A-12022/l/2012-Estt.I: - The President is pleased to appoint Shri Pushpendra Rajput
IAS (HP:1999), currently working as General Manager, Food Corporation of India,
under the Department of Food and Public Distribution as Private Secretary to the
Minister of Rural Development (Ms. Agatha Sangma) at Deputy Secretary Level w.e.f. the
forenoon of 16.3.2012 (the date of assumption of charge of the post) and upto 18.6.2016,
the balance tenure of his central deputation or on eo-terminus basis with the Minister or
till he ceases to function as Private Secretary to the Minister or until further orders,
whichever event occurs the earliest.

In pursuance of Department of Personnel and Training's Office Order No.
9/1/2012-EO(MM-I) dated 2nd March, 2012 and with the approval of Competent
Authority Shri Pushpendra Rajput, IAS (HP:1999) is appointed as Private Secretary
(Deputy Secretary level) to the Minister of State for Rural Development (Ms. Agatha
Sangma) w.e.f. the forenoon of 16.3.2012 (the date of assumption of charge of the post)
and upto 18.6.2016, the balance tenure of his central deputation or on eo-terminus basis
with the Minister or till he ceases to function as Private Secretary to the Minister or until
further orders, whichever event occurs the earliest. Shri Pushpendra Rajput counts his
deputation at the Centre w.e.f. 19.6.2009.
