hazards in areas where they are developing<br />

• Similar to existing scheme but more detail, better<br />

information<br />

• Use 2100 high hazard lines for risk assessment<br />

– Margin of safety<br />

– Most structures will last that long or longer<br />

– Cheaper to do it when built than change it later<br />

• Extensions to existing dwellings, ancilliary or<br />

temporary structures less stringent<br />
