The many components of our International Elastomer Conference provide unique ways to gain knowledge, make
new connections, generate business and have some fun. Below are just some of the highlights of the conference.
Expo
Our expo is the premier place where our industry’s
customers and suppliers come together. It features a wide
variety of companies, such as equipment manufacturers,
injection molders, extruders, custom mixers, processing
equipment, hydraulic presses, vacuum molding, testing labs,
distributors, suppliers, and many more in the industry.
Technical Meeting
Experts in our industry share their knowledge with attendees
through numerous presentations covering a wide range of
important session topics. Our technical meeting consistently
receives praise for the high-quality content it provides covering
all aspects of rubber technology and future applications.
Educational Symposium
A variety of individual courses provide even more opportunities
to learn. These are in-depth courses led by qualified instructors.
Student Symposium
This provides a platform for university students from around
the globe to share their research activities and applied industry
experiences through on-site presentations and posters.
WORD (Women Of Rubber Division)
Event
This event provides an opportunity for the women of our
industry to get together, learn, have some conversations,
share experiences, give/get advice and network.
Receptions
All attendees are invited to our Welcome Reception. We
also feature some additional small receptions for specific
groups of attendees.
5K Walk/Run
Start this day off getting together for some exercise and fun,
catching up with friends and making new ones.
25-Year Club Luncheon
All are welcome to this event where we acknowledge
individuals for their many years of service to our Rubber
Division and the rubber industry.
Awards Ceremony
Here we celebrate the winners for the Student Symposium,
Service Awards, Best Paper Awards, Scholarship Winners
and more.
Industry/Business Presentations
Additional presentations that focus on the business side of
our industry, as well as other important topics are featured in
the Expo Theater and at some special events.
Experience Elastomers Student
Outreach Program
We invite high school students to join us at IEC for hands-on
workshops and expo booth interaction activities, so they can
learn about the rubber industry with the goal of igniting
interest and passion for it.
