To meet the demand for new luxury villas, many of which are designed for vacation rentals, pre-construction sales are offered that<br />
can be quite lucrative for buyers as prices increase during the construction cycle. This is La Mer III on Sapodilla Bay.<br />
The Strand is a new private community of luxury<br />
